Good but we go around quite quickly compared to other recreational aquatic centers.

Well maintained trails, and lighted at night, easy access and affordable season passes.
The undergrowth is small and often iced if it has not snowed. Many small snow park accessible to all.

Customer service was terrible. Spent Monday afternoon Feb. 15, 2016 arguing with my 19 year old daughter beside me, for her student rate but still paid adult rate. Finally got on the hill for a couple of runs then they proceeded to shut down all the chair lifts except for 1 slower quad. If that was not bad enough they let any racers, coaches etc. etc. etc... butt into the front of the line! Left the hill frustrated but found rest area designated to racers only, changed under the stairway with my other 13 friends and family. Loaded up our 3 cars and headed back to Toronto, angry and frustrated to tell this story of our final day of the holiday weekend!

We learned family pass with zoo about $ 100 each person. Zoo and bromont its worth it.
The pools are hot. Slips are good. You have to be in shape to climb up to slip. It is in the mountains. I feel safe with the kids.

BEWARE OF ONLINE PURCHASES - Misleading practice - I bought tickets on the Bromont website (promo for spring break). Arrived at the ticket office the next day, I was told that the transaction did not work and that I had to buy the tickets at full price, because the purchase must be made the day before online to ski the next day. So I had to pay the full price to be able to ski. It is a great scam to make the consumer believe that the transaction was successful, because my ticket said "Confirmation of sale". Do not get fooled.

Great trails in summertime as in winter time! Loved that place!

Pretty disappointing water park. For security measures, they try as much as possible, but with the world admitted inside the park, it is of little use. Little choice in terms of structure. If you have very young children, forget about water slides with completely incompetent supervisory staff: one who supervises absolutely nothing and the other who does the gestapo to pick up all the children without stopping (who have on average 2- 3 years!) Even if it means making them cry or exclude them. It's just lamentable and shameful. For the price of admission, never again this place, it gets much better.

Friggin cold this week, but great hill and nice people. Better food and coffee could raise the bar though.

2018 - I love this place
2021 - it's still COVID-19 year and many other places closed, however this mountain is still open and allover this site the sanity measures are in place.
Despite this fact the team and management make possible for us to enjoy the season.

March 14th was a perfect night! Tons of fresh powder & it was like -1 so a perfect temperature to transition from Palm trees to ski heaven Bromont is. ..

Crazy customer service, not to say non-existent. 2 or 3 days ago, I saw a Spring Promo for the packages on their site next to the Standard. No information on the eligibility conditions, nor the validity dates ??? yet I looked everywhere. Not wanting to take the ticket without being sure that I was entitled to it, I called their customer service. 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, 4, 5 .... and always the same message "we are encountering a higher volume of calls than usual", and this at any time of the day in Week! Finally I reconnected today and the promo is obviously gone.

Great day despite the Covid. The park showed us hard-working young people who worked long days.
The facilities were clean, and the lines reasonable. We found, however, that the number of slides was limited, but the only real negative was the line for the wave pool.
The divertigo was great. They even let my 6 year old son participate even if he was a few inches missing. They won't post it at the box office that they allow that gap but if we show up, they seem less rigid.

Really a beautiful mountain with competitive prices for season tickets. Open at night and illuminated, this mountain is perfect for evening skiing.

Experience of the Aquatic Park. Very clean place, very good service, friendly staff and very courteous. A lot of fun and waiting time at the slides very reasonable.

Excellent resort. There is a ski trail for every level experience. You can buy a ski pass for weekdays only of full-time. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Not a lot of sliding and activities for the price ...
In the wave pool are bandages and other things floating ...

Wide variety of trails which are always excellently maintained. Professional staff who deserve to work in this magical mountain!

The bike shop staff are rude, slow and generally don't know what they're talking about. The rentals are awful too. At least the base models are.

Great ski hill, a good number of runs and trail snow condition are well kept. Ski hill should invest a faster lift system to replace the parallel main lift route.

Very nice conditions! Not to many people, so no big lineup :)

Correct very average customer experience maintenance not tracks with snow groomers, they just want to sell subscription and do not care about customers.

It's great for families. All the water slides are relatively mild and fun for kids all ages. No hardcore ones.
Everything is clean and tidy, the site is not too big that you have to watch your kids like eagles.
The other activities like rope walking (a very very big rig where you can easily spend 2 hours climbing and ziplining and everything else) and the bungee trampoline and rock climbing are all very cool; enough for every taste.
Food prices are not particularly high, and there are other activities to be done like mountain biking and stuff, although its a different price and rules than the water slides.
Definately worth it

Great skiing. We were lucky enough to have a snow storm hit when we arrived and thoroughly enjoyed every snowflake. We would recommend Bromont if you enjoy skiing. Good times in Bromont!!!

Never seen a ski area where customer service is so BAD and deficient ... Never! No courtesy, zero customer courtesy. Otherwise, the tracks and the mountain is good. But the customer experience was so bad that I can not give a better rating.

Love Bromont. Whether it be for Ski, the Water park or Mountain Biking, the mountain is well maintained and access is easy.

On their website there is a half day price for bike rentals when we arrive after 2pm, they ask to call to book but when you are there they say there is no reservation for them. half day and that we have to pay for a full day even if it is past 2:00 pm it is very disappointing as a sales tactic ....

I was there on the Valentine's/family day long weekend. Great conditions. Being from Ontario, I found it very strange to be skiing the run while the ops team was grooming the same run, and having to dodge ATVs and groomers. But at no point did I come close to hitting one so I guess there is a method to the madness.

Overall ski/snow conditions were amazing. Runs were beautiful although slightly confusing for a new visitor (you can stay on the same run top to bottom, and it changes names 3 times)

Big mountain, and night skiing until 10pm. Worth the money for a ticket, if you buy 24 hours in advance you can get an 8 hour pass for about $66.

A little pricey for the size but provides some decent small glades. Fast chairs. Modern lift tickets. Good food. Easy to get to from Montreal.

How bad it is to rent equipment or even buy tickets! You can't even buy a half day ticket online, so you have to hit the crazy line up on the spot to be told that you can't buy a ticket for the next day. Unacceptable these days!

Not enough staff, someone stole my friends snowboard rental, and they would not give her money back for missing 2 hours of ski time. Would not go again

What a great mountain for the family. There are lots of slopes for those learning and opportunities to boost your confidence. It's busy on weekends but the staff moves people up the hill efficiently. Skiing on the backside is lots of fun and lots of chances to split up and meet again at the bottom.

Hello, first of all I want to congratulate you, your mountain is remarkable. Me and my girlfriend come to ski on your mountain every year and this with great pleasure. Until this year when we wanted to take advantage of the quick sale offer until Monday, January 20. However, we are unable to buy our pass pass through your website which, to my great regret, is really ORIBLE to buy online, or even by phone. Your site always returns an error code and 2 agents on the phone were never able to complete the transaction or even be able to help us VERY ABOVE, before building new infrastructure on your mountain you could have invested a little on the online platform. Social networks are teeming with people who are not able to make payments online, which is a bit of a shame because for you these are big financial losses. So since we are not able to buy our expensive season pass you are going to have to go to another mountain hoping that next year the online experience will be better. And hoping that this message can make a difference.

Light pollution and rude people from Montreal. What s not to like? And the base area looks like a child s daycare. Who is paying to ski here? I hate that I love close to this place. The water system tastes like chlorine. The part time residents are ornery and can t leave the city behind. This mountain uses so much energy no one will ever know how bad the carbon footprint really is. They are blasting to put in homes on every inch of the mountain. This place is not peaceful. It s chaos.

New lift is very fast and efficient. They manage the waiting line very well. Snow condition is not the best.

Enough trails and several levels of descent, and the infrastructure is very nice and new, and everything was clean. Parking next to the entrance so very convenient too. One of my favorite places for skiing just 1 hour from Montreal.

Excellent experience every time .. the Bromont team always work hard to give us the best possible conditions .. the tracks are dammed 3 times a day, unlike most of the stations. Lots of beautiful undergrowth. And an excellent poutine!
