I ordered 5lbs of the Frozen Chopped XHot Hatch Green Chile. I fried 3lbs of cubed pork, drained then opened two unthawed 1lb bags of the Chopped XHot Hatch Green Chile and poured them into the pork. Before I could even stir it in, the aroma instantly transported me back to my Grandma Baca's Kitchen in the 1970's. After stirring in the chopped green chili and allowing it to simmer for 20-30 minutes I enjoyed the most robust full flavors I have experienced in decades. I have always enjoyed The Fresh Chile Company's jarred green and red chile for super convenient chile but the Frozen Chopped has been my favorite so far. I placed an order in late July for sauces, posole, and preorder for fresh chile. I was quickly sent the sauces and posole but the order was incorrect with items left out. They first offered me a gift card worth less than the items that were left out. When I notified them that this action would not correct it, they fixed it pretty quickly. My order of fresh chile is in some black hole. Over three weeks ago it was to be sent "in about a week or two." When I asked this week I miraculously received an order shipped email. Tracking two days later was voided by the company. I emailed again asking what was going on, and I have yet to hear anything. Chile season is almost over, I doubt at this point I will receive anything- definently not the first of the season as I thought when I preordered.

Ok. You have to have at least a one for putting it in a jar even though it tastes like it should be in a little plastic baggie sort of like del taco sauce. No one would have thought poorly of your product if it was sold at cracker barrel or denny s, but when you once again attempt to steal another cultures cuisine for personal gain, you come up wanting. Stick to what you know. Truly the foulness of your typical Xenophobia comes through in the taste of your products. You are cancelled.

This Chile may be great But I ordered 14 days ago & the gift for Mothers Day has still not arrived..I was told they are backed up 7 days...actually it has been 2 weeks & counting.. pretty disappointed..I live in NM & love chile.that is why I wanted to send some to relatives..guess I picked the Wrong company

Abuela sauce was a big hit for my enchiladas I'm now a believer, and ordered a few more of each ,and I'm sure nothing will go to waste ....keep up the good work God Bless

Sauces are delicious especially the abuelas traditional red. I make many dishes using the green chile sauce. What a great up and coming company. Will definately keep on ordering!

It is easy to pickup some great chile and avoid shipping. Very handy for those in LC! All of their chile, spices, honey, etc are excellent. And friendly service too
