Well maintained slopes and very nice evening skiing :)
Very beautiful mountain less than an hour from Montreal. Several slopes, varied slopes, good quality of snow. Very busy on weekends.
We go around all the slides in 1h 1h30. Surely good for children but adults is ordinary. It's not worth the price.
After 3pm it's $ 39.09 per adult.
I would not go back
As you can see from the photo I came from Candiac, took the 45-minute drive, to spend a night snowboarding. And if snowboarding is your thing, this is definitely your place. Skiiers dominate Mt. Tremblant (1 snowboarder for every 25 skiiers), so to have more boarders share the slopes makes for a better experience. Why? Well instead of a million moguls you have so nice areas for wide carving. Also, want to go through some trails at Tremblant? Forget about it. Skis that create the back trails can't make it wide enough for boards. At bromont, you can see that snowboarders made little trails that you can follow.
So all in all a great ride. Why 4 stars and not 5?
Lift is too slow, which creates big lineups at the bottom.
Very nice experience despite the sanitary measures.
Spent an amazing Sunday at this lovely ski resort
Don't need to drive hours to get to that place
There are many parking lot (5 big one I think)
Easy to navigate through the site
Young and friendly staff
Easy to register to the rental equipment and fair prices
You can get different ski passes (4 hours up to a year)
Many difficulty lanes (pratice field, green=easy, blue=hard, black=very hard, double black= too hard)
At night the track are lightened so you can ski safely
And the sightseeing are wonderful
If you didn't bring any meal there is plenty food shop
There wasn't too much crowd for a Sunday
I saw there was a lot of water slides so I think they might be open during summer as well
I will come back for sure :-)
The trenches leading to the giissades were full of little rocks. Very unpleasant when walking. However the water park was fun for everyone and refreshing.
The ambience is good. Nice installations for the water park. Good for family and friends trip
One of the largest ski centers in Quebec and water park in the summer.
Really nice spot. Well organized and professional. Highly recommended in Montreal if you want to experience it.
Very good value for money especially with the season pass.
Very well organized! ! Very good for families where respect for others is a priority! !
Lots of snow making so when other hills are thin, the skiing is still good. It can get busy but lots of runs. Close to Montreal. Good runs for beginners and intermediate. Haven't really skied the more advanced runs.
Nice slide with little traffic the 2 times I went, water play and paddling pool for young children
Super fun. .. the largest illuminated ski area in North America. ..
My wife has been skied perfect for a few years after rehab from ACL reconstruction surgery, and since the surface of their parking lot was super icy and slippery, she was injured again with slipping on the icy ground with carrying ski and stuffs to the car. I think it's the end of her season. Very disappointed.
Also we bought gift card of 30$ value from Costco, and found it didn't work through at the cafeteria. Staff requested me to pay with other method due to long waiting line. I couldn t help but paying by cash on top of useless gift card.
Extremely slow chair lift and poorly maintained snow surface on the trails discouraged me to go back to ski there.
My least favorite place to ride generally but the night pass is cheap and a fail safe for snowboarding a minimum per year, usually "nuit blanche" are fun if they have chairlifts working to unclog the chairs waiting line and not to much mountain POLICE (called Prevention) that mostly have very bad attitude and condescending way of approaching people's . On the positive side, finally in 2018, decent snow parks around the mountain.
Beautiful summer winter resort very close to Montreal
The staff does miracles even when it's not snowing!
Incredible view at the top. Nice place to go downhill skiing. The tracks are well maintained and the waiting time is not too long.
Amazing descents, great variety of tracks of all levels, many comfort zones, large changing rooms, resting rooms and very good assistance from your team.
Went to the waterpark. Slightly overpriced for the size of the park. Site was clean but the asphalt paths are killer on bare feet. I would suggest bringing water shoes.
Very bad service. During our visit to the park on July 21 we were told at the entrance that there was a major breakage on the site and that most of the attractions were closed for an indefinite period so advised to give us other 3h tickets valid until September 8, 2020 for 3 hours, which I did.
Being on the move a lot with my work, I wanted to come visit you on August 18 and I realize on your website the day before that you close at 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. I call your customer service, talk to Jennifer and then a manager Chloe to ask if I can get the valid 3 hours as her colleague told me on the day I was at the park. To make me answer that we surely can't do that, that I only had to come before that date and that's it?!?! Wowwww! In 2020 this is your customer service ...
Today the park tells me that it cannot reimburse me?!?! While your tickets are valid until September 7 and you have closed the water park before that date.
We have reached a formal notice! Well done !!
A little too expensive, and price policy favoring the resort and not the customer, even for packages year-round. Fortunately, the editing is there ...
Good condition, nice sunny word, icy New York trail at the start and very nice after
Excellent rental services, buffet, beginner ski slopes
Beautiful mountain but watch out for the waiting line at the ticket office
Really good even with artificial snow. The only downside is the cashier and the time wasted to buy a ticket. Too slow.
P7- Miami - Orlando - Miami for descend and take the left route for the trail toward under construction observatory
Water slides in summer and skiing in winter! Always a beautiful experience!
5 stars despite being a small water park. Great for families with kids. Going back every summer.
Great snow conditions even with they very warm weather we had this week
Calm and Relaxing view and also breathtaking to be honest
Bad experience with ticket service. They do not reimburse dissatisfied customers. After a major failure of the chairlifts I even tried to get my money back with their online services and no understanding on their side. On the other hand, they can give back a free day to compensate. Not very useful for tourists. In short, there are better and less crowded mountains in the area.
Summer is magical. Except the old installations are a little dangerous
Beautiful mountain with lots of slopes of different levels. Only downside: an hour of waiting for the rental of the equipment. But it's understandable we were during the week of the break.
Superb offers of complementary activities, but arrived early, because due to the Covid, places are limited this year.
Very clean beautiful place and people are courteous
The ski mountain with the most different slopes in all of Quebec!
7 different slopes
The slopes are quite difficult and the undergrowth is very well maintained and pleasant for skiing!
Fabulous. There are a lot of people but the tracks are great and the view is beautiful. With the ski pass goes everywhere, the price is really affordable.
Last year was good. This year it's a scam. For the same price there are fewer slides, without it being clearly stated, and the queues are longer. The number of daily entries should have been even more limited, so as not to find ourselves glued to each other, and the entry price significantly reduced, to take account of the limited supply. Maybe the water park should have stayed closed this summer after all ...
All members of the family got to enjoy. There is an entertainment for all ages.
My kids love it and so do I.
Well maintained track and place. day and evening skiing. Nice tracks.
Well located! Good leads. Quick lift and good prices !!!
After 2 weeks, my file is never settled ... more 30 min waiting on the phone ... Poor customer service
Very bad experience with inflexible policies.
We took the trio rental bike / equipment / enduro lift for $ 150 + txs and when we got out of the cabin to join the ski lift a first shot of thunder is heard and the lift slope is stopped during the 2:30 hours we waited since it thundered every 20 minutes and that the policy of Bromont is to wait 30 minutes after each thunderclap to restart the lift. In doing so, we decided to return to the cabin to put an end to an activity that had obviously not occurred.
What I deplore is the following:
We have never been able to get a refund on bike rental since Bromont's policy is that no matter the weather, there is no refund. However, I ask to be credited for next time and again they tell me that it is impossible according to the policy. They then make me juggle between customer service and the rental service. NONE anyone has decision-making power and no one seems to have any solution to compensate me for paid service but never received.
Very disappointed, I am thinking of making a complaint to the Office of Consumer Protection for this lack of moral ethics.
The customer services are very courteous, the places of water slides are impeccable. There are many monitors for the safety of bathers. Beautiful embiances!
Best night skiing at only 45 minutes from Montreal. Trail well groomed and top notch artificial snow equipments.
