Despite the little snow in Quebec, the cannons offer the possibility of skiing on most slopes with good powder! If it's cold, conditions are always good in Bromont, it's when it's hot that we have icy slopes.

For the water park it has Very fun rides! The pavement is rough on the feet after a while, (bring water shoes maybe) but other than that it was a good experience. I went with people at least over 1.07m and there were plenty of rides we could all go on. And I saw little ones with floaties on many rides. You could bring your own food and drinks and coolers. We bought the food they had decent burgers and pretty good poutines. The price was what you would expect from a water park. I would suggest (if buying for a family) to check the deals for family's first before just buying things separately. All in all it was a great safe experience. Lots of life guards everywhere and I even saw some having fun spinning the tubes and splashing others in good humor! :)

We loved our experience here, and I am reviewing this with respect to the 3 other Eastern Townships stations we visited during this special COVID season (Owl's Head, Sutton, Orford). This was by far the station which made us feel the most safe with respect to COVID regulations, and it was the only one mandating masks throughout the whole station (even when skiing). The regulation is well respected by most people overall, and this is in large part thanks to the uncompromising staff, kudos for that. Bromont has a wide variety of slopes to ski on and provides great fun for all levels. As our kids took ski lessons there, I can also say that this is probably the best of the 4 stations I am reviewing for beginners : you gradually go from the beginner belt to the Mont Soleil, the first easy chair-lift which brings you down a super easy but beautiful "green-level" slope. Then you can eventually graduate to the rest of the mountain, perhaps with the next level-up, the green "Brome", etc.

Beautiful mountain with several slopes, good atmosphere, open at night, tracks for all levels and investments in infrastructure lately which is good. Remember to bring snacks because the food is very expensive.

Great to have a pass for this place. An entire hill devoted to beginners. Six total chairs serve to get skiers to five different hill tops. There really is something for everybody, in terms of terrain, difficulty, and views. The descents are satisfying and just long enough. The indoor spaces are a little extra compared to some local hills. Lots of terrain and parks for boarders. Hard place to be disappointed.

Very very bad atmosphere and organization because of the men in red "prevention". We are treated like children with threats. There is very little respect for the safety instructions (2m distance) respected by these people who do prevention. It's a kind of militia where we don't really understand the point. In addition, we are in the queue in the open air and therefore very little problem to be contaminated .... in short, too much zeal and a deplorable customer experience ... I wonder if I will resume my pass next year!

That does not make any sense. We take the trouble to buy tickets online, because seats are supposedly controlled and reduced, we drive an hour to come. NO PLACE available, no employee to answer questions or direct us, access to the rental blocked. So basically, we buy in advance to be in standard, but we get turned around once there? Frankly, with the experience of the mountain and the forecasted weather, you should better handle the situation and be able to meet the expectations of YOUR clients. The situation was chaotic, wasting 1 hour of our time just trying to find a parking space in vain. It's up to you to find a solution to satisfy your customers today and find a way to compensate them. You can't just act like that and think the situation is 'OK' it was completely chaos ...

Too much traffic. Looks like all the Montreal skiers have passed the word .. shame because the mountain is beautiful and offers many tracks, but it's not worth the wait for 30 minutes to the ski lifts. Many beginners fall on boarding / disembarking, which further slows down the lifts.

They work their slopes a lot, even when weather is not there, they manage to have very decent skiing conditions. Great place to learn and exercise. The wait is geberally short at the chairlif, you usually end up doing more ski than at most mountains despite the relatively short slopes.

It is convenient to drive for an hour from Montreal. We buy a quarter card, which is very cost-effective, about 200 dollars in three months. The parking lot is large. If you park your car far away, there is a special car to pick you up and down. Overall it's the best ski resort around Montreal besides Green Lake Lodge.

In the past i had a season pass at Bromont and i would have rated it a 4.5 however a few weeks ago i returned and the main char lift was down so we ended up waiting 45 minutes to get to the lift and 15 minutes to get to the top. And that lift doesnt take you all the way up so we had to walk the rest of the way up. So 2 hours 2 rides.
I went to customer service and asked for a 50% refund because only 1 lift was working and they were not only rude but down right refused to compromise at all. I told them there was no sign telling customers they were at 50% operational. I recommend sutton mountain thats 20 minutes further and orford also 20 minutes away. Bromont i can no longer recommend.

Their was a lot of people, no one was really taking the covid protocols seriously and they close the elephant, Tarzan and others cool attractions even tho it said on the ticket I had access I only learned it was closed when I looked at the map inside searching for it (closed all summer) I came from 4hours away for a very quick visit of 2 hours and was wondering what to do in the last hour. Very disapointed

Water park for the summer: water slide of different kinds and length, water jet, wave pool, one meter pool and small children's pool, Tarzan rope, toboggans with two descents and cable car, descent bicycles, restaurants, toilets, shops, picnic tables with shelters, several sun loungers to lie in the sun, large green area and large parking lot. In short, there is enough to amuse the whole family. And, for winter, it's downhill skiing and snowboarding. Very clean, well done!

After doing Saint-Sauveur and Calypso, it's certainly less exhilarating. Fewer slides and no quiet rivers. But otherwise a very nice site, well maintained and a very good staff. For the little ones it's great, for teens it lacks a bit of thrills.

I loved my experience. Perfect place for teens and families. Full of activities to do in addition to water slides, such as sledding, mountain hiking, zip lining and mountain biking. Free parking. With a corporate rate is good, otherwise it's quite expensive. At least we can bring his lunch. There are restaurants but the prices are high.
