It's too bad that the customer service is so bad. Never anyone who answers when I call. Every time we have to leave a message and wait for someone to call us back 8 hours later. When we wanted to go skiing in the morning, it's a little connected! No opening to solve problems. Too bad the money coming in is more important than the positive customer experience. Too bad I thought I would reshoot this week despite negative experiences with customer service last year, but it looks like it's getting worse and worse. I loved this mountain ...
