We thought there was a problem with the battery, but no, they assure us that everything is fine with it.
I bought the phone with Skye, with which I had problems almost three years ago, but I was assured that it was ok. Well, okay, it's her own fault. I treated the phone very carefully, always in the original case and glass.
The phone was repaired, the microcircuits were changed. Everything worked. A month passes, my backlight disappears. I bring it to sky again, they fix it again. At the same time I buy a new cover, on which the sides break in a week. Well ok, everything works.
Even less than a month passes, the problem with which I initially addressed is repeated. I'm taking it to sky. They say that it is necessary to change the battery (with which everything was fine two months ago). My husband is engaged in all this, because I was left without a phone, which I am simultaneously going to buy in sky to replace the old one, because I don t want to invest $ 30-40 every month for repairs. The husband says to understand what the problem is, we are waiting for a long time for a response from the service. They cannot determine what is wrong with the phone.
In the store itself, I wanted to take 12 mini, managers say different prices, it is not clear by availability. That is 1-2 days, then it turns out to be a week. Complete confusion. The information on the site is not up to date.
In the end, they give me 8 and say that it cannot be repaired. Goodbye! I take it to another service to my friends, to which they tell me that the battery has been changed here and the phone has been picked up in the sky service, so it's just tough. They refused to take a new phone from them, for obvious reasons.
We carry it back to sky, the master is lost, does not know what to say, lies about the battery. We are offered $ 80 in compensation for 8 iPhones. Just a class, they raise up to $ 150 plus data recovery, which of course has not been recovered. They left the phone with them, they made sure we untied iCloud. So they can fix it or take the parts and sell to you :)
Situation 2:
I gave my husband AirPods 2 last summer, which after a short time stopped connecting directly to the phone. One earphone in the case did not make contact. They also spent a long time hogging about the services, saying that they were like being sent to the epl service, which is unlikely. Nothing was confirmed. They did not want to change in any way, but my husband still managed to change them to new ones. Here is such a cool gift turned out with a hassle!
