I consider it necessary to supplement my review of the Skay.ua store, left 10 days ago. A few days after the events described, the store manager contacted me and apologized. He said that he had listened to all the conversations regarding this incident and read the chats in instant messengers. He assured that the appropriate work had been done with the store staff and that such troubles would not recur in the future. The manager's awareness of the smallest details of the incident leaves no doubt that he really made an effort to understand the situation.
For my part, I want to thank the Sky.ua management for their timely response. Such an attentive approach to their customers does not leave anyone indifferent. I changed the assessment to positive.

More details: I ordered and paid for an iPhone case. They called back and said that the cover was LAST and it was unpacked. They assured that the goods were new and not damaged, so I agreed to purchase. However, after a few hours, the cover on the website was still available for order. I contacted the same consultant, Natalya, on this issue, who has already reported new information that the reason for this is that there are TWO cases available and both are unpacked. I offered to send a photo in confirmation. I did not send a photo, and the next day I reported that there was no second cover and this was a mistake on the site. I refused to buy and demanded to return the money, after which the manager called back and said that there was a second cover (she did not know the "new information" about the error on the site), but it was bought abruptly. And even after that, the product was still available for order on the site with the mark "in stock". After a second request, the money was returned.
Do not contact Skay.ua, a very unreliable store.
