Absolutely the worst. They do not answer calls or emails. They are irresponsible to the core. In the rare occasion we get through customer, the person in charge is never "at their desk". We would be promised a phone call back that would never happen. I have never been so frustrated with any company before. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

They've been managing the HOA I live for 4 years that I know of. And I can say only one good word for them - they are pretty ok with cleaning services.
Everything else they do - it's just awful.
They never answer your calls. And never sign for the mail. Guess they are never there. The accountant though may return your call about 50% of the time or my husband is really lucky.
We changed a lot within these last 3 years and every contractor they found is doing extremely bad job. They do not provide the service in timely manner, the equipment is not cheap (at least to the HOA) and even though it works worse than the one we had before. All the supposedly new equipment does not work properly, has malfunctions or some problems. Now we had put over a million dollars into the projects that need to be replaced again with just 1 or 2 years being in service.
I had a heating problem in my condo for 2 years before it was resolved with a simple switch of the blocking valve.
Jose never does what you ask him except for very simple things.
Terrible! Do not hire them!!!! They did nothing for years at our condo including not pay taxes, not pay water bills, not take care of property. We should have jumped ship sooner and we're unfortunately still paying for their incompetent and terrible management. Run for the hills and never hire this company. Ever.
Dealing with this company is one of the most stressful thing I ever encounter. They are so hard to reach and the time it take them to take of anything seems like eternity. 99% of the time when you call them, they never pick up the phone. You can leave them voice message or email them all you want and it take forever to reply back. For one example it take them over 2 weeks to response back to my loan agent to verify the HOA fee I am paying. One of the worst company I ever dealt with. If you have issues with your property or need their assistance, be prepare to wait a long period of time before you hear from them.
I have not been able to get any response from this "management company" for my client. He is now going to pay fees to extend his rate lock. It's really sad to see such incompetence cost my clients money. Terrible.
This company is in yard maintenance now and they are absolutely deplorable, unreliable, and untrustworthy. If you do a public record search they aren't even licensed. The owner has claimed bankruptcy multiple times and is still practicing business. Awful awful awful.
Unresponsive. We tried to reach out to a person Jose Cervantes for some HOA documents. No reply to emails or phone calls. They just receive HOA payments and do not respond to calls.
Lilac Management is the worst management company I have ever dealt with - incompetent, unresponsive, irresponsible. We have carports and stariways that are failing, plumbing problems, buildings that leak when it rains, and Lilac refuses to deal wtih any of it.
