Had a blast!!!! The food shack people need to be quicker and more cheerful. Security was amazing when people would jump lines. It was a great trip!

Lots of great rides and things to do for all ages. Plenty of places to get into shade or get cooled off. Would recommend going early in the day as it gets crowded pretty quick.
It's all ways fun to go to six Flags and the Fright Fest decorations are pretty cool. I like what the did with the fountains, they made it look like it had blood in it.
Lots to do. Rides and shows. Fun for the whole family
An excellent place for family fun, food and live entertainment. We visited here from California and would definitely be returning. Highly recommended.
Very crowded with minimal staff. Many rides are closed. Bathrooms are dirty and park is littered with trash. Yesterday the whole park was closed due to weather and they offered a buddy day today. Odd because less than half of their rides are open. Further, there is not enough staff to keep up with the influx of people. In the course of four hours I was able to ride one ride. Was in line for Batman (1 of 2 rollercoasters open), which closed after waiting in line for an hour. Huge disappointment to myself and my family.
It's been a long time since we've visited the place and I've got to say.... Sure was not a disappointment. No lines whatsoever. Strange, but awesome.
Over priced & ran by kids. Lines moved sssoooo slllloooowwwww...
Had a blast! The drink refill people seemed a bit rude...other than that, good day!
I made a big mistake in buying a season pass from there. I'm from out of state and everyone was little to no help when making changes. Everything had to be done through the park you bought it from. Not the actual park closest to you. The park never replies back. Silly business practices. On top of that customer service lines are extremely long, with long wait. Rides have an easy 1.5-2.5 hr wait...no exaggeration. You will be shoulder to shoulder guaranteed. Every long, except for the gift shop. Just be weary.
I was there today for a private event. The park was closed to the public. It was a day of perfect weather and short lines- can't complain!! I enjoyed Superman and The Riddler the most.
Still a great amusement park but way to overpriced inside for concessions.
Im so they took over $60 out of my bank account without authorization! I literally changed my card because they wouldn't let me cancel even tho it's been over two years! I have called and emailed them and they won't help me, keep saying I am not authorized to do so even though it's my account. I called bank and went through changing cards and here 4 months later they hit my account without authorization!!!!!
Love it. Lines can be very long though. I suggest getting a flash pass and also the food pass.
I took my gf as a date idea. It was her first time ever going to a theme park and her first time ever going on a roller coaster. We now have season passes and plan on going once a week.
I only gave it a star because you can t rate 0 stars
Lines was decent today so it was alright. Rides was amazing though. Just hot
We love going to Six Flags, but just wish it was cleaner and better kept up.
The have water trail so u dont get so hot.. no relief in lines though and alot of eatery places were closed long walks to get drinks
It was fun I would recommend the session pass it pays it self off in two to three visits
Went here for my 8yr old daughters birthday. It was so much fun. I only give 4 stars bc all the bathrooms around the park were super gross. There should be staff that stays close to bathroom for clean up with how many people are flocked in at one time. Also with this being the first time we rode some of the rides, really wish they had warned us or had noticed of the most popular (busiest) rides so we could have chose better rides to use the fast pass on! By the way the line on Mr freeze ride was horrible! We waited 2hrs in line because there's so many twist and turns to the line you can't see more than 20ft of people ahead of you (which gives you way to much hope for a short line).
Great amusement park, but they need to work on processing customers faster. Rides are one thing but getting into the park and getting your platinum membership stuff is insane.
So much better than the theme park we use to go too
The rides are fun and thrilling it's a special experience for you and your family.
Always fun but sometimes employees show they dont care about the job and dont enforce the line cutting that is always present
We had a total of 7 rides shut down as we were either boarding or about to board. Two actually shut down while we were on them. HOWEVER, once they were operable, we had a blast. EXTRA KUDOS TO THE TEAM WORKING THE RUNAWAY MINE TRAIN. They were hilarious and kept the line and riders laughing today!
This is a great great(!) coaster park. But some pieces are aging badly, and the layout makes finding attractions a bit dodgy for a newcomer.
We would like it to stay open longer maybe til 12 or 1
This place is amazing. Yes there is usually a wait for rides but other than that it is really fun. It has to be one of the best parks in all of Texas. Food and drinks are kinda expensive so just eat before or just picnic in the parking lot. I love how theres themes on the rides and the capes at the gift shop. They are so cute for the kids. 5 starts all the way.
This is a wonderful theme park, I recommend going around Halloween. Everyone dresses up and it's really fun
I visted the park on Sunday October 14, 2018. We got to the park right at 11, almost no one at the park yet. Cost was about $80 for one GA ticket. Which I found very high, considering many of the rides and attractions were closed and much of the shops weren't open when we walked through the Western themed area. Luckily, we were about to get on the big roller coasters quickly as the oak wasn't full yet. I think the longest we waited for a ride all day was 30 min (people may have stayed away due to that's of rain in the evening).
I've been to cedar point and universal studios in both Cali and Florida and this doesn't compare in quality. For the full price, not sure it's worth it unless you specifically are a roller coaster fan. The place was decorated nicely for Halloween, but I read you have to pay extra for the haunted Halloween portions of the park. At cedar point, you pay one admission price for Halloween time and you get access to everything in the park, not just attractions. I probably wouldn't come here twice, I rode the rides and enjoyed my day.
I love this place! I've been coming here since I was in high school and it has the perfect vine of old school nostalgia and new school rides. Spring break gets PACKED with insane wait times but if you come here during a week day or a weekend where kids are in school, then it's really reasonable waiting times for rides! Those turkey legs are legendary. I think Mr Freeze is the single most fun ride in the entire planet.
Caution:
It's a huge operation with many employees so I think they do the best they can given the reality of things. They have had some deaths and major injuries here from rides. Keep in mind it's high school kids operating these things for the most part. I'm not condoning anything..just be aware and do your research on injuries/deaths before deciding to get on certain rides and decide if it's worth the risk.
Would have been a perfect day if the employee at the Joker hadn't angrily slammed the locking device down on me and my 2 kids. Not sure what his problem was, but he took it out on us.
Amazing!!!! But some of the the staff were at the BBQ place wer rude the rest were great.
They sell tickets with a fix date without any information on the website that the opening hours for this date are only in the evening. Wasted almost 120$ for nothing. This group will never get money from me again.
Lots of fun as always but very disappointed in their sanitizing efforts. Ate at the All American Grill and watched "the kids" playing around with each other but not interested in cleaning tables. The rides are trying to keep social distancing by using every other seat/row but they are not even trying to sanitize the seats.
I liked it because the membership includes entry to hurricane harbor. The Six Flags location itself is not the best. The park is small. Would much rather go to Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. A bigger park with the boardwalk and carnival rides.
Very fun to go to, I suggest if you live in the area a membership pass wouldnt hurt to have. I frequently go here and the waterpark. Very fun to spend the day here. There are many things to do and see.
Bought the membership with all the perks. Love it. The cost of a single day there would be more than I pay for the month of membership. So much fun.
Great place take the family, more fun going on weekday than weekend its less busy
Six Flags is the best park in Texas. Great Rides. My family loves PepsiCo family night at Six Flags..
Always loved six flags but they added new rides so even better!!!
If you like the rudest people and the rudest staff by all means come over and enjoy.
In texas is the best six flags. Go to the huge pendulum is one of the best there.
We had lots of fun, despite the extra long walk from the parking lot. The tram only had one car running. Plus, it was my first time to go to Christmas in the Park and it was a let down. Only a few tree trunks lit up and some caroling.
This is a thrill seekers paradise. The rollercoasters are top of the line. The flat rides deliver maximum thrill. My favorites have been Catwoman's Whip, The Riddler, Harley Quinn spin insanity, the Joker, Batman inverted coaster, the Texas Giant, Shockwave. While I am not a fan of Goliath it was good just don't recommend sitting on the left hand side. Wait times were short. For individuals looking for maximum trail I recommend staying in Gotham City. Also the gold refillable cup pays for itself in a visit or two and includes free unlimited refills which is a plus. this park has the best selection of rides I've seen in any major amusement park. also the food was fair price in good quality and they were fast. Very impressed with this park. I would definitely recommend coming to Six Flags over Texas in Arlington. It is worth the value for the price. I will definitely be coming back to Six Flags over Texas in Arlington.
Always a fantastic experience bringing the family here. The only complaint I have is, not enough restrooms. Then there's the comfort of the guests when the temps are over 100. It was 110 this particular day and we had to leave early- heat exhaustion is real! Yes they have mist- fans along the walks, but only a few actually functioned properly. I suggest that there should be way more misting- fans, especially under the refuge canopy.
We had the park to ourselves thanks to Geico. Havent been in a while and we enjoyed everything from the food, rides, and the staff. Great place to spend the day as always.
We had a blast! the rides are so awesome just wished it was sprinkiling for part of the time because some of the rides closed. the ticket prices are a bit steep but we think it was affordable still. maybe not for the whole family, maybe a season pass would be a better option. we also only found out about the kennels when we arrived and would have loved to bring our dogs with. maybe next time! should definitely check it out!
A bit smelly.. Not like Magic Mountain in California. Restrooms filthy and no soap. Rides are ok.. Mazes are great and long for your buck. I would come back for free of course. I wouldn't pay the $218 for haunted nights.
Very nice experince. Ridea for all ages. Our favorite is Boom Town for our 4 year old. And Mrs. Claus!
I like six flags it's cool other then the rides not working some times but stuff happen .....my problems with them is the membership when you sign up make sure you read well what that fine print is saying because they will make it hard for you to cancel your membership and make you pay more to cancel the contract
My wife and I have season passes, we really enjoy the rides and there is plenty to do in the park. If you want to make the most out of your visit to the park i would recommend showing up early to the park opening and then you can get a good parking spot and get on the rides before the lines get to long during the day.
Enjoyed the day with my family. Was a little disappointed when The Freeze had to shut down for a bit. All in all good day!
A lot of attractions. The employees are very friendly and helpful but could use more training on the rides. They let the lines get long by not filling them rides completely before starting. One also started the ride before the safety bars were locked down.
The food is extremely expensive. $13 for a burger by itself is too much. $5 for a bottle of water is ridiculous.
We had 16 people in our group and we all had a good time.
Six Flags is a blast. There's great food, tons of rides, shows if you're not a huge rollercoaster person, and lots more. Definitely worth the trip. It really is fun for the whole family.
Love the park but if you plan to be open year round..please put in some heat in the outdoor eatting areas..we all can't stand by the smor fires. Lol want to stay well so my family can come back and enjoy. Thanks for the memories.
We loved going to Six Flags over Texas. Our home park is Six Flags Fiesta Texas but we wanted to a change. The rides were great and their food choices were even better. Very friendly employees and fast service at the restaurants.
Fun an entertaining during holiday in the park love all the new rides!!
We loved this Six Flags park! We are season pass holders at Six Flags Fiesta Texas but wanted to try a different park. The shade available here was great, our kids loved the covered playground. We liked that rides were spread out enough to not have super long lines at every one but close enough to make it all in one day. The wait times were pretty decent, I think our longest wait during spring break weekend was just over an hour. There are plenty of family friendly rides and lots to do for younger kids so that was really nice. Loved the inside coaster but the 4D ride was by far the most fun! We will be back for sure!
We go regularly. We have upgraded to the meme from the pace this year. Holiday in the park is the absolute best. We do wish the staff was a little more friendly... At times we feel like we are a bother when trying to buy food from the vendors.
i may be too old for the rides but it's a nice walk around
Went on a Thursday and lines were short and fast! Can t wait to go again.
Love Six Flags! The associates are friendly, and during this rough time of 2020, six flags has found an efficient way to remain open, and clean!
All I smell is rusty steel. Too hot with not too many areas to cool down except they've recently introduced sprinklers all over the park to "cool you down" which just makes you damp AND hot. If someone vomits, the smell will travel through the park like the big of eternal stench
Six flags over Texas has been the best place to go until recent years. It's a flat out scam. My family and I went this past Sunday during Fright Fest. We were all thinking this is going such a good family day. We were surprised parking wasn't bad, got in easily and things were looking like it was going to be a great day.
I'm going to make this short.. 5 rides (that we stopped at anyway, I'm sure there were more) were down for technical difficulties. 3 of those we had waited over 45 mins just to be told it is not operating properly. All in all, we were there 6ish hours and rode 5 rides.
We could have done something better for the price we paid for 6 adults.
This was my very first time being here at this Six Flags in Arlington. I went on Sat, Oct. 27. Weather was nice.. but SUPER packed. Especially with Fright Fest going on.. we actually came for that, and for the rides so we knew what to expect. During the day though, the wait lines were about 45 mins to an hour. Not too too bad.. I am just disappointed because a few rides were down.. and the parking lot is TERRIBLE at this Six Flags. During Fright Fest, it's cool and all, but you will get lost. The haunted houses were cool, but not scary enough.. Prices are ridiculously high.. when it comes to food, or flash passes. There's three different prices for a flash pass. Cheapest was like $50. Then there's another flash pass that's like $80. Then the last one, which supposedly you get on the rides 90% faster was like $125. What happened to just being ONE flash pass. (It's like almost like you're paying for ANOTHER six flags ticket or two.) That's ridiculous. This location wasn't the best, either. I prefer Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. I only cared for 3 rides at Over Texas. This will be my first and last visit.
Children have fun there but can use some upgrades or add something different for the not-so-thrill ride seekers. Also could have more options for food and open or move the cheesesteak stand. Could also have a little something extra before closing timeat night like the 6 flags in San Antonio. They actually have a cafeteria with lots of seating and options as well as different attractions and scenery in the park.
Great place to visit with kids and family. But it isn't that clean at times. Rest all is awesome.
If I could rate less than 1 star I would!!! For your sake, NEVER sign up for a membership. After you ve completed the terms, Six Flags will not cancel your services without trying to squeeze more money out of you. I don t know why they provide a phone number to call because no one is ever available to answer. I got this membership for my kids but rarely used it because of the constant issues they have with ride malfunctions. I absolutely hate this place and wouldn t recommend anyone to sign for a membership!!!
Amazing park! Specially the red section! The thrill to the max.
Great experience. Several rides were broken down including the New Texas Giant, but that's normal for amusement parks and hidden in their ticket fine print. Everything else was a lot of fun.
It was awesome. Haven't been in years so glad I went had a blast
Had a fun time and lines are not very long on weekdays. Staff tended to be kind of rude but it was hot so whatever I understand.
Awesome experience. Should make a map app that gives wait times and directions to rides.
We had a blast at Fright Fest! My niece even won a season pass for 2020!
I had a great day visiting Six Flags last Sunday.
Weather was perfect for walking at the park.
Lines were pretty fast, bathrooms clean, food was excellent and the employees courteous
I like six flags because its a place to go that the whole family will have fun safe friendly and no long lines something for a real thrill seeker.2 day vacation one day six flags then over to hurrican harbor to cool off before going home.I love the souvinirs most...
Only a few really good coasters. Titan and New Texas Giant. The rest are pretty mediocre or decent.
Fascinating when kids are younger but I think parents use this place as a babysitting spot and that's takes the fun away. Too many teens that need parental guidance. My kids don't like it anymore.
Rides are great. Not that many long lines. Very pricey!!
