Got a philly cheese sandwich and I was going to meet my family that was waiting for me at Jonny Rocket's. I asked for something to cover my food while I walked to Jonny Rocket's a d they told me that they were not allowed to give my anything to cover my food. Especially because of the viruses that are around now a days, I wanted to protect my food. I pay $75 a month for my membership and the meal pass, I think I'm just going to cancel. This is a great inconvenience.

It's awesome i love all of the rides and the staff is usually great and it's just an all around great experience my two favorite times to go would be holliday in the park (where they have it decorated for Christmas.) And fright fest (where they decorate it for halloween.)

The cancelation process is a nightmare. You can't get through to anybody to cancel. The online cancelation process is a nightmare as well. Once you put in your membership number and last name you are prompted to another screen. Once you verify you are the actual pass holder and you are authorized to make changes you can't move forward. The system will not allow you to cancel. SO IRRITATED!!!

Good rides but lines are too long & the flash pass is just too expensive they need a pass that people can afford for one day that would give everyone a chance to experience something like that.

Six flags Over Texas was great. First day operating since the Covid shutdown. Thermal temp scans as you walk up thru an air conditioned tented hallway. Distance markers wherever there's a que that might form. Overall experience was great. Short lines to. Thanks Six Flags Entertainment Corp. for another great time.

I've been at Amusement Parks all over the United States. None of them hold a candle to Six Flags Over Texas. I go every year, and will continue to go. A lot of my best memories are from trips to Six Flags with friends.

Who doesn t love an amusement park? I know do. There s rides for the younger kids, seniors & daredevils. I won t lie, the hamburger & salted pretzel I purchased were a waste of money. Disgusting! Anyhow, great experience. Prefect place to build life long memories.

On our trip today quite a few of the attractions were closed down. We checked their website before our trip and it said only one ride was shut down, drove 3 hours from home to find out rides we wanted to ride were not operational. Quite disappointing. Other than that it's a great place to spend a not so small fortune entertaining your children.

I was unfortunate enough to come from out of town to visit the park on a rainy day. While I understand that Six Flags doesn't issue rain checks or refunds, the least they could have done is left the park open all day. For a reason that I'm am still unclear, they shut the park down hours early. Albeit, right when the weather finally clears up. This was a great slap in the face to all visitors who waited patiently for the weather to clear. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit.

Bought a bottle of Sprite walked out of the shack threw receipt in trash, the Sprite was expired in October. They offered to exchange it but every bottle in the fridge had expired. Asked for a refund they said I would have to go to guest services. Went there and they refused to give a refund without the receipt, guess I needed to dig in the trash and get it??? Wouldnt even give me another drink that the cashier threw away. I hate a thief and six flags took my hard earned money, call me petty but a Sprite at six flags ain't cheap.

Very hot from April to early October. Get the season passes and meal passes if you live nearby. If you're only visiting one day, get the unlimited refills cup. No other place like it for miles. 10/10, 30/30, would recommend.

Great amusement park for every age group. Losts of amazing thrilling rides to take on. The Mr. Freeze ride is the most unpredictable ride you can be a part of. Definitely recommended. 2 major roller coasters give the necessary g-force experience very much needed in an amusement park!

It was hot and half the fans around the park weren't on. The lines were so long, sometimes waiting an hour. People were going to the "single rider" line when you could clearly tell they were in a group. It was fun but I think extremely over priced for how long you have to wait to ride 1 ride. It was over $100 just for 1 ticket and parking. That's ridiculous. I've lived in dallas for 4 years now and that was the first and last time I'll go.

Entire day was a waste of money, flash pass didn t work, never saw any photographers for the photo pass, majority of employees were not helpful or customer service focused. You have to stand in 4 different lines to get any passes that you buy online. I emailed customer service over 2 weeks ago and they have declined to send any form of a response, even though the website says they respond in 7 days or less.

Not sure if because it was a Thursday but it was not packed at all. The longest we waited was 25 minutes and on some rides no waiting time at all. Took my kids (8 & 4 years old) and they enjoyed it very much. would definitely visit again

Great place to take your family. Invest in the six flags water bottles because during the summer months you want to stay hydrated. They also believe in safety. They have removed children off rides for being too little and adults for being over weight.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting a lot better from Six Flags, I had never been to one and only gone to the smaller amusement parks around me.

Starting with the good: the rides themselves were fantastic, great design, lots of thrill. The food also was not as overpriced as I thought it would be. I also was a fan of how many most blowers they set up around the park to keep us cool.

Now for the bad: Lines could get ridiculously long and rides would go "under maintenance" almost every 10-15 runs and each time, it would take at least 20 minutes to start back up. I was caught in line with these maintenance stops more times than I could count and it sucked up a few hours just waiting for the ride to be fixed. Also, the overall park itself was pretty out of shape in terms of cleanliness. They definitely need to hire more garbage staff because I saw trash on the ground everywhere I walked and it smelled pretty bad.

Overall: Go if it's close to you/if you get a flash pass because the ride maintenance will make you want to die after you are caught in it a few times

The process of admission is so slow that I wanted to leave before entry. I can't believe how many steps are in the process and we waited thirty minutes to buy tickets and another FORTY FIVE to get them scanned. What a nightmare. Truly frightening how much time has been wasted.

Attending during a pandemic is not ideal, but they pulled it off. 59 years is a long time to keep a good thing going. A few rides were closed which was sad, but expected. Parking is too expensive. $10 would have been a more reasonable price during the limited opening.

Great place if you like roller coasters. The other ride options are a bit limited. The Hall of Justice ride was impressive though. Lots of kids sized rides as well. Plenty of places to spend money from games to food to stores.in the end my kids had fun though the younger one liked the roller coasters & the older did not.

The new rides are awesome and the revamped. Texas Giant is so smooth now. Dont buy just a ticket get the new membership it is really worth the money and has discounts on it too and its only a few bucks more than a day ticket.

The place was packed but every flowed nicely. Some of their lines were long but if you download the free Six Flags app you can see on their map how long the wait might be. Kids had a blast and I sat and talked with other grandparents. Benches were everywhere. I plan on going many times this year.

Had so much fun at fright Fest! It's definitely a good idea come early and try to ride some games before the haunted houses that start at 5pm. During the week there's not that many people and lines are small to moderate, but on Saturday it was packed, lines took 40-50 mins.

The only saving graces of this place were the New Texas Giant and The Titan, but we waited an hour after the park opened before they opened any rides! The food was way more overpriced even for an amusement park. There were several rides shut down and looked to have not been running for years. There were other rides that were shut down for wind, but we did not notice any real difference in the wind conditions. When asking for directions we got pointed on our path with no words spoken from the employee. Over all it was a miserable experience that cost a lot of money for little return. We will not be back.

Definitely worth getting a flash pass but just the regular one. That works fine the gold and platinum one isnt really needed
. Hardest part was finding the rides and staff gave horrible or wrong directions so had to walk all over park trying to find next ride. Many had no idea where the ride was at and when it's over a 100 degrees it gets super frustrating. Great rides though.

Six Flags is really fun. We went when Fort Worth is still in school and the longest line was only 40 minutes. The only down side is the blistering Texas Summer Heat. There is some shade but the sun beats down alot. I think that they have water places scattered throughout but there should be more. But over all Six Flags is a great family fun day with rides from max thrill to looney toons land.

I've been going to six flags for years and I still enjoy it. We brought our son for his first time ever and he had a blast! We bought season passes online during the flash sale and there was some sort of glitch that made it impossible for us to get our passes on the day we went. After almost 45 minutes of them trying g to figure out what went wrong the supervisor gave us passes for the day and let us go enjoy the park. He stayed in touch with my hishusb and they got everything worked out over the weekend. It was a huge cluster but it got fixed in the end. We didn't get to ride as many rides as we wanted but that's fine since we have season passes we get to come back as often as we want! A few minor complaints would be the lack of overall shade while waiting in line for some of the rides. It was so hot and humid and waiting in the sun was horrible! My son was so hot I was worried he would have heat exhaustion before we got to ride the boots. Knowing we're in Texas and the park is open mainly during the hot months you'd think they'd have more shade over the queues for the rides... And not paint the pathways black All in all it's still fun and I like that they've added smaller rides but I wish they would add an actual coaster! The joker is fun but we need more coasters!!!

It's a great family place or just a cool place to go with friends. Rides are extremely fun and give you the thrill you truly deserve from an amusement park. Lines could get long but they've got solutions for that with the Flash Pass upgrade. Memberships make the experience even better.

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING. I have been paying for a season pass for free parking and park entry to both Sox Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Today, a security guard denied my entry to a ride because he said I didn't have a Gold pass and when I pulled it out to show him, he yelled at me to go to guest relations anyway. My husband and I had already waited thirty minutes for the stupid ride
Also.they dont let season pass holders in more than ten minutes early anymore and almost EVERY RIDE WAS CLOSED. this park is a waste of money with lazy, rude employees.

Overpriced and poorly maintained.
The rollercoasters are in poor condition, while waiting in line for the 'Judge Roy Scream' me and my S.O. noticed that the support beams were rotted and splintering all throughout the ride.

We watched as a group of 4 ahead of us were charged the daily rate per person instead of the season pass rate which they had specified they wanted. Then the same thing h as opened to us. We caught it and made the guy change it to the lower rate. BEWARE!

Went during COVID. Employees definitely took cleaning schedules seriously only bad thing for me is they need more concession open even with fewer guests. Texas is hot af and it's hard enough to stay hydrated without having to wait 30 min in line to get a drink.

Went with some friends and got on every last ride. Loved the place and can't wait to go back again. Look online for a discount offer they have if you bring a coca cola can and I think it was like $20.00 off each ticket and one can per ticket.

Staff needs better training, my wife daughter and I was charged $30 to ride the go carts when it should've been $15, we told the young employee that we had a membership and it should be a partial discount, his reaction was no sir no discount for go carts, my wife read the fine print on the membership when we got home and it says discount $ 5 each party with membership total $15 for 3 people, and that left my family and I very disappointed.

I love this place. Me and my class 2019 went here for our Senior Trip and l hung around with 3 of the awesomest teachers but I do not like big rollercoasters so I waited until they came back from the ride but other than that it was pretty great. We stayed up all night untill 3 in the morning and and we were all tired out on the ride back to school. I really love the teapots and almost threw up because of how many times me, my friends, and my teacher went on.

Really enjoyed the rides we were able to make it on, but disappointed by the ride management on some others that made for much longer waits than necessary. There are lots of misting fans and shaded areas to get a little rest from the heat.

Local theme park. Fun for kids and adults. Fun events for Halloween and Christmas. Best value is a season pass or membership if you intend to visit more than one time in a calendar year. Food prices are a bit high on most things, but water to stay cool is free and if you have a refillable cup you can bring it.

I grew up going to Six Flags so it has a special place in my heart. It's definitely something different to do on a hot summer day, lots of walking around and good food. I recommend the season pass, it's worth the price. The only complaint I have is often times, the bigger rides will be down for maintenance. But there's plenty of other rides and attractions to explore so you don't feel like you're missing out.

Despite the muggy/light rainy weather. they did fairly well with timely observation of the weather for operation of the coasters. But I would like to see more of the cartoon characters. Though I was happy to see the few that did make appearances

Nothing to complain about against SF, other than pushy, rude guests. Food was good, park kept clean and rides maintained. Fright Fest is worth going to, and the haunted houses are fun, albeit a little cheesey, but hey, you go to Six Flags to have fun.

Super fun place to go to, lots of rides to go on. Different varieties, rides for kids & adults. The food is a little pricey, but worth it b/c it's super tasty. Only downside are the attendants not fully paying attention to the kids rides. When I took my daughter to the spinny tea cups for kids, there was one teacup that had became unhooked & opened the door that had about 3-4 kids that could've fallen out & the lady was on her phone so she didn't notice. Apart from that, all the other rides are okay, fun, safe & clean. I always come on the weekends & have tons of fun my with 5 year old daughter.
