It is a good family place recommended to spend a good family day

May never return,,arrived thru gate, tickets paid prior 11 am Sat. No chairs or shade any where, Ok found a place in the sun & dirt. People & children so rude pushing shoving and screaming in my ear to move, when there was others in line to enter rides or lazy river & I was hit pushed by people carrying big tubes.

We loved this olace. But my daughter lost a binky over the aide of a ride last month. We went straight to member services who refused to even attempt to get it till the park closed. Made us write a report with description and everything. A m9nth later and still no binky' no call' and trying tonget them to respond to a call is as hard as getting Trump inpeached.

Don t even bother coming here! Been to 6 flags Vallejo, never had a bad experience like this until we came here. Overall the park is super small, over crowded with too much people, Staff is very rude, everything over priced, long wait lines to get food, restrooms are filthy, no free parking even with a Gold season pass, no shady areas and especially no space for you to settle down. We literally walked the entire park looking for a place to settle but there was literally no space, so we had to leave within 30 mins of arrival!!! Their lazy river is pathetic, better to go to ranging waters to be honest.

We weren t happy with the poor experience so we went to Guest relations. Guess what!?? They are incredibly slow, waited another 30 minutes in line with the summer heat and no shade, for them to tell me they could NOT help with refunding my $25 parking for that one hour of being there. Disgusting and a joke of a place. I regret wasting my time and money here. Might as well have a heat stroak if you plan on coming here.

Also as part of fast track you have to pay $6 just to get out of that darn city. cash only! No cash? They bill you $20 for that through mail. The place is a scum all together.

Not enough shade or seats. Only one place to get members drink refills.

I love this especially if you just need a break from your hometown etc. The weather is lovely & If your planning to visit make sure to get membership. You can get Lunch, dinner & snack every visit as well as unlimited soda. I enjoy not waiting in no lines & never paying for parking. The best membership is diamond elite. Which I can tell you is the best & well worth it.

Fun little park, has a decent ride selection. Only downfall is you have to rent tubes to float around on and it's a bit pricy. Single tube is $8+$2deposite. Double tube $13+$2deposite.

Park opened at 10:30, but they let you 1/2 way to the park before this. Waters are allowed, nothing else. Parking is $25 on their lot. We reserved a cabana in advance, which is the only way to go - seems expensive, but it's comparable to going to a Giants game, and much more comfortable. They provide food service with the cabana (fee for food) and the attendants were very attentive. Good, young adult staff. Life guards everywhere , felt very safe for the kids.

Well last Summer 2017me and my son had a blast because we had a double Six flags Discovery Kingdom/Water world pass the trick was to either, get there when they open or at least within an hr when the park opens so that u can get a parking in their parking lot close to the entrance, a good spot and all day lockers when it s like 90 degrees. Otherwise U will have to park at the other parking lot further away and U won t get an all day locker, during summer it s extra crowded on the weekends, but hey everyone wants to get in WATER when it s that HOT weather it s basically like a first come first serve. Their lines can get long though for food if u pack a cooler with sandwiches etc it s best to leave it in your trunk to save time and there s in and outs with a hand stamp. Hopefully me and my son have a great experience this Summer 2018.

We have season passes but have to say I do not think we will spend the money on passes next year. We have free parking passes as season ticket holders but plan to spend $25 otherwise. They also let so many people in that you can plan on extremely long lines. The wave area and the rolling river are so packed you can hardly move. The free tubes for the rolling river are never abilable because they do not enforce returning them upon exiting the ride so plan on having to pay $8-$12 each for a rental tube.

The line for getting any meal is insane, more than 1.5h to get lunch. Unbelievable!

That was my first time to go to that Six Flag, and probably my last time too. It was the end of the season the lines with a fairly short they took forever. They were extremely slow with an average of 2 hours wait. The park was small compared to other amusement parks. The food was of course overpriced and terrible.

We visited twice the past couple of weeks taking advantage of our season pass

They let you move their chairs so you can sit wherever you want (except those areas reserved for birthdays, etc.) Kids liked the different attractions. I just wish the water was heated though. Food was OK. I liked their taco salad and ice cream.

Since we have season passes... we get our time in here... and we love it. So worth it to buy the passes even if you only come twice. Free parking and season cup at Six Flags can be used here as well. Come early for a good 'shady' spot and the new area that just opened is awesome but YOU WILL get soaked! What's with people coming to a water park and don't wanna get wet??

Great water park with fun rides. Lines were long during holiday weekends but it wasn't too bad. Staff was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our time here and the season pass prices were not too bad in the middle of the season.

The best tubes are closed, Park is only acceptable for kids.
Very very very long waiting times for very little pleasure...

Parking needs $, locker needs $, even the floats in lazy river needs $.

Action camera strapped to my hand is not allowed despite it is one of the item their website recommended to bring.

If you go with a 6 year old, there is only 1 ride available.

Not worth it, been here just once and its safe to say ill never want to come back here ever again.

I leave in Concord, so I can say that have a park 15 min from my house is good, but yes, could be better. As I have seen here from others, the poor food quality and high price still been the worst thing in this park. It was crowded, yes, but it is summer... what you would expect? But please, let people bring your own food our start to serve something better.

My kids always have fun every time we visited but the place is dirty......
Specially around food court area. I wish they clean tables more often. I will give 5 stars if the staff clean more...

Rides are great, lines are very long, and sometimes the ride will not feel like you got your wait's worth, like the Typhoon. Rides like the Half Pipe and the Tornado make this place a 3 star review. Otherwise, it is complete trash. Let's start from the entrance: $25 for parking!!!!! Are they out of their minds? I can get parking in Disney for $15! After that, you can't bring food inside. That is just a cheap way to make money from us. I suggest that you bring your own food and leave it in the car, and then when you want lunch, just go inside and eat there, or go to a nearby restaurant. Speaking of food, it costs $11.99 for a veggie burger. I CAN MAKE MY OWN BURGER AT HOME FOR FREE!!!!!!!!! Then, here is the outrageous part, you have to pay $13 for one slice of pizza, or buy the whole 12 slices for $33! 13 PER SLICE. I can get 12 slices in Pizza Hut for 20 dollars or so. First, you have to get in a 1.5 hour line. I just wasted 1.5 hours of fun in some stupid line. The reason is, because they are understaff, and people go to the line to represent part of their family, and that results in 10 minutes per customer wait time. Then you have to pay $8 for a tube if you want to go in the lazy river, or enjoy waves in the wave pool. Then we have people, especially adults who just run over you in their tubes, and don't even mind to say sorry. If you want to come here, just bring your own food.

Slides were fun! The food line was ridiculously long and keep your sandals and stuff safe....theives be everywhere

They would not accommodate my son s dietary needs. Did not understand what autism is, I even showed the manager a doctors note for my son and they only will let my have 2 of his prepackaged Food. I don t understand why? All the other parks we have been too always let s us have them. Staff definitely needs training about autism.

Felt like it was a little small... and not having free rafts wasn't great either... expensive for what they offered

We were there for 4 hours and did 4 slides the wait times for every attraction and at least 45 minutes. They also charge a fee for everything. #neveragain

Great for kids to have fun. The food and beverage are highly priced.

Horrible place. Only 1 place to get food, you wait forever. Once u get the food it tastes as though it's been sitting for awhile or not fully cooked. Slides are all shut down. Pools are dirty n debris floating. No free tubes for lazy river, you have to rent them. No one cleans up the food area and the tables are covered in food n bird poop. Workers look unhappy and aren't friendly.

Way too many people lines sucked too long couldn t even find a chair to sit in when we had our overpriced lunch and someone was shot with a gun day before we arrived - scary

My family and I live closer to the Redding water park, so when we got to this one we were expecting it to be similar to that, but it definitely blew that one right out of "the water" lol we have season passes through 2018 so we can't wait to go back again and again!!

Long lines, little protection against sun while waiting in the lines, left here with the worst sunburn I've ever had. The lazy river was full of dead insects and kept scratching myself on the wall because of how crowded it gets, at least we came on a day that had a discounted price.

Parking is $25. For that it lost two stars. I had fun.

Was a lot of fun for the whole family!
Helpful tips: get there right around when they open, lines are pretty short especially during the week it's a breeze.
**You can get out and get a stamp and come back in**
They have 4 kiddy zones
-1 for tiny tots but they allow the older friends/siblings to play as well
-1 like in the picture for toddlers to middle schoolers lots of gadgets to turn, slides and a dump bucket
-The mushrooms in the same area as the wave pool perfect for entertaining the little one while you watch the big kids
-1 Slide and rope climb and smaller water slode area for the preteens.

Just spent 2 hours and 15 minutes in line on a 90 degree day. I would go on to type my experience but I'll just say their customer service is atrocious, disappointing, and disgusting.

Unfortunately, some of the rides were closed when we came here (it was the end of the season so I wasn't surprised). But still, we had a lot of fun. I would be happy to come back here :)

You have to rent the floating tube to go in the water. But otherwise it was a great experience and fun.

I give all captions, all 10/10!! Service, employees, food/drink, ride operations, and overall quality was brilliant. The lines, they were medium, but a fairly good speed to keep it moving. Would I go there again? One day in the future I will, because me & my friends are Sunnyvale/Cupertino residents. I d say a small portion of appearances in the future, depending on what traffic & timeline we manage. Otherwise, first appearance to Hurricane Harbor Concord, brilliant!

Nice park over all. However the lazy river was disgusting. If it could float it was in there. I didn't notice until I was in, I couldn't get to an exit fast enough. Later looking into the lazy river from the sidewalk you could see so much nasty things floating through. some type of filter should be installed or repaired

Getting better, good overall. The experience on a weekend day is in a word: BUSY! We prefer going on week days as it is still busy but the food lines are manageable (think roughly 1 hour in line for food during the normal lunch rush 12-2pm in a weekday, double that on a weekend.) They made great progress improving the food areas this year over last but there is a LOT of room to grow here. The rides are fun, my 2&4 year old's enjoy every trip, the other people at the park are usually courteous and friendly with very few people acting like idiots. If they really rethink the food situation and fix that they could contend for a 5 star review.

We did a spontaneous trip here with my brother in law and his family. We rented the cabin so our families could share it! Total cost was pricey, maybe because it was like the night before reservation? We racked a grand in a day! So make sure you make reservations early as you can!

This place is not new, not very big, and parking is ALWAYS EXTRA on weekends EVEN WITH a membership and parking pass

We went on a Monday. The water was nice. Always a good time but, the food lines are awful. They were out of ice and most all the soda at the refill station. The bathrooms are disgusting. I wouldn't necessarily say it's their fault it's more the people that go there. Have some class and general respect for others and clean up after yourself.

We had so much fun! It was our first time and the kids cannot wait to come back!

A line for entry (with small children) with cars driving through it... Zero thought of safety. And that was only the beginning of our negative experience.

I was worried that I wasn t going to have much fun because my frame is large but I am have to say that I was happily surprised. I m not a thrill seeker but I did ride the typhoon and there were zero issues. The lazy river was cold but it was pretty fun and relaxing.

I would suggest that you bring your own chairs, and make sure you wear appropriate shoes. The lines were horrible especially at the food court and there was only one bathroom. There s a special sitting area for Diamond and Elite Diamond members but it was hard finding a good spot since we didn t get there early.

My daughter and her friend had a blast and at the end of the day it was worth it. I have the dining pass so everything was great.

A perfect family day! Everyone of us came away with a ride that challenged us which was their favorite and I think everyone's second favorite was The Lazy River float ride. I think I did that one 3 times! Wonderful place for kids to wander freely and come back to our table every now and then. We had the Best time!

Plain awesome! I love typhoon, and I felt like I was going upward at one point, and Splashwater Island has both thrilling and moderate expirences! Oh, and the Lazy River is cool, too! Great place to be!

The park was pretty nice. Clean with good ride for kids and adults. There is not much seating so get their early or bring your own chairs or a blanket for the ground. Food service is where they totally fail. The wait for food was about 1 hour before you could order. Then 20 more to get your food. You can order through their web site and skip the first line for a steep processing fee. The snack shacks had a very limited selection or were empty. Maybe it was due to being late in the season. Also be warned. They have soda vending machines that say $4.50. We didn't want to wait in line for a soda so bought 2 from the machines. Were actually charged $9 for each soda. 2 cokes= $18... Do your self a favor and bring your own food in a cooler in your car. The parking lot is right in front of the park and takes only 1 minute to get to your car. They even have picnic benches.

The rides are cool but they're not organized between the attendance and the lifeguards they make you wait inline unnecessarily

The staff there is slow, inexperienced, and doesn't seem to care much about the consumer.

Majority of the staff is great. My rating is primarily on management. When we visited to the park I was verbally attacked by a Manager who handled the situation extremely inappropriately. I also saw the same manager attacking another lady when we went to our car for lunch. And again on the way out to go home.

I really enjoyed the time in this place, it was fun for my family.

OMG EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE, I PAY FOR MY DINING SEASON PASS ALMOST$ 80 ALL I CAN GET IS SALAD, CHIKEN TENDERS, HOT DOGS, PIZZA IS RIDICULOUS! !! COME ON A LESS LET WE CHOOSE FROM THE MENU WHAT WE WANT, THAT'S WHY WE PAY FOR....WATERWORLD....

Waiting in line for food for over an hour. Most lines are unmanned. Clearly, they try to save some bucks by not hiring enough people to service their customers, which probably means they don t value their customers that much to begin with.

Love the wave of pool. Too many kids around. I like the lazy pool just to relax.
