I've been overcharged for hosting, and have had nothing done despite repeated requests to various people in the company. My site was handed over incomplete, and each time i mention this I am assured that it will be fixed. The site is still incomplete. Many of my emails go unanswered. The site does not look professional. I've been paying hosting fees for over a year with nothing to show for it

Provides the worst customer support we have ever experienced. Email security is non existent and any attempts to contact them by email or phone go ignored. Website is pathetic, stay away.

These guys are okay. Uploading products is rather labour intensive. Issues with the site often took days to recfify. A good site if you want to provide an information based website rather than a storefront.

Sites n Stores were very quick to respond to my query and did everything I asked there and then. They were easy to deal with and even followed up to make sure everything was OK.

It was the epitome of great customer service.

Less than helpful. They organised a website for me a couple of years ago which was an ordeal. Recently the domain name was due for renewal. They sent me an email that went into my junk folder and now the domain name is owned by someone else. Do yourself a huge favour and stay well away from this company. They don't care about your business.

The actual website itself is very well done.
We are selling high end products and the website has a professional look which reflects this.
Changes were implemented quickly and correctly.
Jay was good to deal with.
Only down side is the automated prompts for the next stage of production when we weren't even close to the stage being prompted. They just kept on coming.
It will be beneficial to instruct new clients that they don't need the final pictures etc to populate the initial layout. Could have saved ourselves a few days there.
Other than that we were pleased with the result so far.
Instruction on running the website comes later this week. Looking forward to taking control and going live.

Anonymous people who will say anything you want to hear to get your business, then tell you everything is an extra and not included in the package you have purchased.
GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING phone calls don't matter to these people.
They will then tell you, you can have what you were originally quoted for by paying double the original quoted price.
TERRIBLE.

The website set up was good and we had no issues. However, watch out for the ongoing hosting / maintenance fees!!! In one year they double charged us twice and this year, with no warning they increased our fees by 100% (yes, double). Make sure you check Sitesn'stores regular debits.

We had some email issues which were quickly sorted out by the SNS team. Thanks again.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Sites n Stores. Especially when you don t know much about the ins and outs of websites. In the past I had added a plugin to my wordpress site that stuffed up and deleted everything. They manage our site, so we contacted them and they were able to find a solution and our site was up and running again. I will never muck around in the back office again lol. Kelly was fantastic in providing all the information I required to move forward in updating an old site & creating a more efficient web site.
So far so good.

I might also add I've been with these guys for over 5 years & to be honest some times were testing but they always fixed the problem however in the last year they have improved & there new approch to looking after their customers is 100% better.

Hope this continues over the years ahead.

Never ever I will use sites n stores for web development. Few years ago I asked them to build a word press website and during the designing process I asked them several times, will it be a word press website and the answer was yes it will be a word press Website but at then end it was not word press website. I asked them to cancel the website plus the account which they didn't and have been pulling money from my bank account for over 2 years. It's a real shame on this company taking money out from customers in fraudulent way. Please be very careful in dealing this company . Shame on them.

Brendan and his staff were extremely patient in working with this fledging start up to producing a working web site. Patient and accommodating Sites&Stores staff worked to draw together photographs and text together with PayPal to generate a web site.
All of this was achieved within time and budget.

I have been trying to de-register or dehost my website for 2-3 months and havent been able to successfully done it. I had to submit a form to de-register via mail, then I spoke to 2 or 3 staff members and nothing has been done yet. Will not recommend their service.

I would just like to say Sites N Stores did a first rate job from start to finish. Always professional and making sure I was happy with everything. If anything they deserve a medal for patience(especially Jay and Manny) considering how hard it was to get in contact with me during various stages of the design and build phase. When I began to work for myself i knew I had to have a website and a good logo.
I found sites n stores online and started the process which proved straight forward and easy and really well priced. The first step was the logo and I absolutely loved the result. We then went on to develop the website.
There was always someone helpful to work through the process and give support. (You call and request a call back and this always happens promptly. ) I had very very little free time to devote to it back then but everyone was patient and understanding and nurtured me through and then genuinely seemed to share my excitement with the finished product.

Sites and stores are amazing. They will randomly call just to see if everything is ok with the website and if you need help or couching they spend time with you on the phone explaining things. No problems at all.

They have taken money through direct debit without consent and Charged exorbitant prices for absolutely nothing without notice. Took them a month to investigate the situation when I noticed. After telling me they will refund a quarter of what they have taken, which is honestly pathetic. I am still waiting 2 see a dime weeks later. Do Not Give Them Your Bank Account Details. Its basically theft for the 21st century!!!
