James from SitesnStores called me this afternoon to offer regular assistance with Google AdWords. His manner was friendly and very professional. He showed an interest in my website and responded to my own crazy sense of humour. It was an enjoyable interchange even though I was in the middle of tutoring two year 9 students! He stayed on the call for an appropriate length of time and followed up with sending an email and text message.
