The other day I had the pleasure of meeting Ben, who came to the rescue while Mark was out of the Office. Mark, who has been absolutely amazing, has been looking after my site, however the other day when he was out of the office, he ensured I was still looked after by sending Ben to follow-up the email I had sent.

Ben was absolutely amazing, extremely efficient, knew exactly what he was talking about, & solved the issue on the spot. I was so happy with how Ben just came on board and dealt with the situation, so thoroughly and efficiently. Furthermore, he just like Mark, was just lovely to speak with, very nice, very helpful & I'm very grateful that Ben came to my aid. Thank you Ben for helping me solve those issues, and Thank you Mark for ensuring my email was attended to while you were out of the office that day.
