I've been overcharged for hosting, and have had nothing done despite repeated requests to various people in the company. My site was handed over incomplete, and each time i mention this I am assured that it will be fixed. The site is still incomplete. Many of my emails go unanswered. The site does not look professional. I've been paying hosting fees for over a year with nothing to show for it
