I came in with a last minute project, needing 300+ pages printed, hole punched and bound. The team jumped right on my job, had it done in about an hour, for a great price, and they had great customer services all the while. Would recommend to anyone!

Melissa and the team at Sir Speedy do an amazing job and always exceed expectations.

Do not take your wedding invitations to this location. They advertise that they address your envelopes for you easily, just complete the excel spreadsheet. I thought this would simplify my daughter's invitation process. After they ran 12 invitation envelopes, they discovered that they can not do the job. They state that it was the linen on the envelopes. This coming from a professional printer, that should be able to print on linen. Now that they have used 12 envelopes that are a special order and size with already printed return address they can't do the job.
Why advertises that you can do invitation addressing if your machine cannot handle the job? When the order was taken, it was never mentioned that there was any possibility that they could not handle it. They paid for a partial cost of replacing the envelopes, which delays my whole process because I have to special order them again. They advised I may want to try labels, really? If I wanted labels, I could have done them myself. To add insult to injury, I asked for a box or envelope to put the remaining crisp clean envelopes in and while putting them in a box, the owner or manager "Brian" took the printed ones they had done out of the box, so I could not even show my daughter one envelope that had an issue so she could see the problem. Like I was going to use these horribly printed envelopes for something. The lady there Tricia threw my refund change on top of the envelopes. Showing no care that the envelopes needed to stay clean, Unbelievably horrible service. Yes, a small job, but don't advertise it, if you are not willing or able do it, STAY FAR AWAY!

I had the unfortunate task of having to design my son's funeral program and have them printed short notice. Sir Speedy was so gracious and had them printed the same day for me! I was so grateful because it allowed me to focus on more stressful tasks the day before his funeral. Thank you guys!

Then Ron was a superstar at finding our table at the Orange County Convention center. Being from out of town I figured trying to figure out a last minute printing place was going to be a nightmare but they made the process so smooth. I live in Canada and was travelling to Orlando for a conference. I needed a bunch of printing done and so instead printing locally and travelling with the material, I contacted Sir Speedy in Orlando to have my stuff printed locally. Great communication. Great service. Job looked great.

Every year we have an annual conference for our clients where we train them on our software programs and additional items. These conference locations change annually and this year it was our first time in Orlando. At our conference we print out ID badges for our clients who come from across the United States and Canada and every year we print them out with our Zebra P330i printer. This year when we fired up the printer after its travel to the sunshine state it would not work. We tried a number of solutions to resolve it and failed at every approach. I decided to consult the answer of all questions, Google, and came upon Sir Speedy. I called and spoke to Melissa and explained our situation and from that point all I can say is she took over . She suggested I email her a .pdf of our badges and names. She immediately responded back with a quote with different options. Now keep in mind I contacted her very late in the day and we needed them as soon as possible. She explained what would happen and when they would be ready and her and the rest of the staff (unfortunately I didn t get their names) as I mentioned before took over and saved the day. She called when the job was about half completed so that I could save time by driving then and not having to wait. When we arrived they were just finishing it up. What else can I say it was perfect.

We even had some last minute attendees show up and needed another group of badges the following day and Melissa had them printed and delivered in no time.

We had an event on Monday morning and realized we didn't have the correct signs on a Saturday night. Laurence answered our call on Saturday night and was able to get our signs printed on a Sunday. All communication was very professional and we appreciate Sir Speedy going out of their way to get the job done!

This is the best Printing fulfillment company I have worked on in Orlando. we do a lot of printing for our events, so if you are in Orlando, running big events and need printed material, banners, name badges, etc. Sir Speedy in Orange Ave is your office ! their team is amazing and their turnaround time is impressive! We needed copies of large blue prints made for our company. Sir Speedy picked the blue prints up, made the copies, then delivered the originals to one address and the copies to our address. Customer service was great and the copies were made and delivered quickly. The price was excellent. All around good service! If we have anything else, we will use Sir Speedy.

I have used Sir Speedy about 5 or 6 times now for signage around the hotel. I have worked most closely with Melissa Perez, who is always very responsive. Their prices are competitive and they always seem to be able to meet our usually last minute requests. They even deliver!

I tried Sir Speedy for an overseas printing order of a number of presentations for a conference event that took place in Orlando. The service was first-class, not only as far as the quality of the presentations is concerned but also with respect to customer care and assistance by the employees. I am based in France and I was looking for a printer who could print quickly some retractable banners for a trade show my colleagues were attending in Orlando. I rang and spoke to Melissa. I was in need of a quick turnaround for a Zine convention I was going to in Maryland. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon, with no other reference but Yelp and Google reviews. They had everything ready by Thursday afternoon. The pamphlets were beautiful and spotless. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

I sold most of my products at the convention and I'm pretty sure it was in great part for the quality.

This will be my go-to place for all future jobs, hands down. In addition, their staff is extremely friendly, cordial and helpful. We had very large panels on foam material that did not fit my SUV, and Melissa and team coordinated with our local venue to deliver the materials and ensure no damage to the panels. They are about getting the order done right! Reasonable pricing to go with quality prints.

First of all...Alyssa is best! I called and expressed that we were in a crunch and needed a specific size print job, with a turn-around time of less than 24 hours. It was almost closing time....Alyssa was exceptional with finding a way for us to accomplish this task. Alyssa went above and beyond the call of duty, mentioned that she would come in extra early for us to ensure all is well.

Please note, that I've called the competitors and they were not able to print our size or turn around in the time we needed.

As long as it is in my discretion, I will only use SirSpeedy.

I came in from out of town for a business seminar and left all my business cards at home. I needed an emergency printing of new cards, and the folks at Sir Speedy fit me in right away and got the cards printed. It s hard to find customer this good anywhere!

I needed some trade show banners in quite a pinch. My original banners were printed half the size they should have been by another company, and I didn't find out until the Saturday before the show on Monday. I called Sir Speedy on a Sunday morning, and within 30 minutes they called me back and said they'd be glad to do the job and could deliver the banners that afternoon! The banners came out great and really saved our show. Sir Speedy kept me updated throughout the day and really went above and beyond my expectations, especially on such short notice.

We were working on a large show in the Orlando area & needed a reliable vendor partner. We found more than that in Sir Speedy Orlando!
Not only were they very helpful and accomodating, the print quality was spectacular & turned exrtraordinarily fast!!

I was referred to Sir Speedy by someone else. My experience from start to finish was horrible. When they gave me a quote for my project they deliberately lied on the quote then charged me more later. My order was for postcards with delivery and the invoice specifically said so. However, Sir Speedy charged me $2500 to print 5000 low quality post-cards. All of my discussions had assumed that shipping was included in this. I have quotes from other companies that charged slightly less WITH shipping/postage included.

My customers complained about the quality of the product. When I was discussing my order I said that I only wanted to move forward with small amounts at a time as a test. Sir Speedy agreed to this. After 2/5ths of my order had been shipped and I had received complaints and little effect, I requested that the rest of my order be cancelled. Sir Speedy agreed to this.

When I found out that I was being charged an additional charge for postage on top of the massive amount I had already paid, was also right before I decided to cancel my order. Sir Speedy like I said agreed to refund the money but they refunded nothing.

Their customer service was horrible. They are HORRIBLY overpriced.

You can use online companies for 1/5th the cost and better quality, better yet, online companies will spread out drops or drop to areas for free. Sir Speedy on the other hand charged me additional $75 charged to separate my drops. The only money I was not charged was the $75 for my last few drops. They DID Not refund the postage.

I paid this company thousands of dollars and the basically did nothing. On top of this, they lied in writing to my credit card company when I appealed the charge.

As a business consultant I can tell you, this company is a massive, massive waste of your money. You could spend $1,200 for a web developer to establish a web presence and far less on cheaper more effective marketing means or even pay a marketing company to do the work for you directly.

I've been using SirSpeedy for years and they've always produced quality products with a quick turnaround. Definitely a place you can trust for all your business needs.

Overall the job came out great. I felt like it could have gone faster. I feel the communication was lacking on their side but maybe some emails were not received on either end, or it was a small job and did not take priority. I got exactly what i asked for in the end.

The office staff, designers, and installers are all a pleasure to work with. We at Aramsco of Orlando have used Sir Speedy on several different projects and will continue to do so in the future!

Have several companies and contacted this sir speedy location to finalize the design we chose and to print the cards. Ordered 5 different sets of cards and every time was an issue. 1 issue was not being able to deliver an expedited order on time, but yet still wanting the addition monies to be paid for an expedited order, or the offer was made to split the cost since they couldn't deliver but it was ordered and we should still pay.
A switch of representatives didnt help the issue it actually made it worse. The communication for proofs was now slower and miscommunication was now a norm. I was personally charged for an employees order, without consent BEFORE seeing the order. (When the 1st three orders we paid when we came to see the cards) when it was brought to her attention that this was incorrect and that the order wasnt supposed to be paid by me, she never made an attempt to correct it, more so blamed me by saying "we would need the employees card on file before we can do that". If that would have been communicated, because obviously it was 2 different names on the cards, it would have happened no problem.

Finally when I asked for the proofs I paid for to be sent to me, to possibly go to a different location, I have as of now still not received them.

In closing the product is good but the customer service is more than lacking, even knowing that I would be a bulk repeat client. I wouldn't reccomend dealing with them.
