Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to coordinate with us for the best time possible for delivery and then showed up right on time the next day. Great place to consider for local delivery of mulch, dirt, rock, etc.

I went to get a yard of topsoil. The guy who was loading my truck said the soil was wet, and he thought a full yard would be too much for my truck. So I went to pay for a half yard, and learned that a half yard of soil costs 82% of the price of a full yard. When I questioned this, the lady who runs the place (Rosemary?) explained (very rudely) that this cost difference is due to the wear and tear on the loader, in a tone that suggested I was to blame for her tractor maintenance costs. I expect a half yard to be more than half the price of a full yard, that's normal, but the markup was way beyond industry standard. And the attitude and rudeness of the front desk person toward a customer was unacceptable. I'll never spend money here again.

My boys went here last mother s day to buy me a flowering cherry tree when they arrived the owner was super rude to them and followed them around when they asked for advice on a beautiful blossoming tree she basically blocked their path and told them that those trees were probably out of their price range. My boys are 20 and 26 and look like normal young men but she had made up her mind that they were not worth her time. They ended up buying the tree which was close to 100 dollars and walking the Hugh heavy tree home. Since then I have chosen to shop elsewhere for my garden needs. Just a super bad experience for them.

Everyone here either acted as if they had to suffer through their customers, or else they were condescending and channeling the used car salesman vibe a bit too strongly. Received lots of contradictory information about the plants. I'm sure they're fine gardeners, but they weren't particularly plant-literate, if that makes any sense (coming from a NPS biotechnician - so I'm more of a botanist, less a gardener, take it all with a grain of salt). Anyway, probably won't shop here again. They do have a robust selection, at least.

The staff was super nice and I hate to say anything bad, but I found the prices pretty high for the plants they had at the time. Plants with stress were not discounted. Maybe they were running short on inventory so early in the growing season.

I have passed this shop many times and finally went in to check out their plants. I found that a lot of the plants seemed to be overpriced. An older woman (I'm assuming the owner) was very rude to us the entire time we were there. Ended up leaving shortly after arriving. I love to support small, local businesses but I can't bring myself to support a place that is run by someone who is unfriendly and disrespectful to anyone that walks into the shop. The rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but after the encounter with the older woman I won't be going back.

Went there for the first time this past weekend. The lady who worked at the nursery was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She was focused on her dog more than on the customer. They did not have any flowering plants, mostly shrubs and trees. The soil was at a good price but I did NOT buy it. I'm going to spend my money at a place where they treat their customers well.
