The acoustics here is horrible!!! Nice facility but it isn't design for concerts.

Parking could be improved. Always clean and organized event. Workers are extremely nice and helpful. Easy to find when coming from out of town. Felt safe in the facility. Food service was superfast and very tasty.

Great Place for conferences with lots of meeting rooms

Horrible racist experience. My civil rights violated inside convention center by security guards without any provocation. This is the low down dirty south. Nothing's changed here. Horrible, horrible horrible. The only thing missing here is the symbol of hate, The Rebel flag. It should be flying in out front. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I came here for MECA 2020 in February, the facility was always spotless, bathrooms pristine, and staff always courteous.

Be careful when you spend time at this convention center and always keep an eye on your stuff. An employee stole my credit card and my phone and then tried to scam me when he got off work by trying to get me to buy back my own iPhone.

Large facility with plenty of space for events. Attended a Yellow ribbon here.

The venue is a large enough to accommodate a huge convention or a very small meeting place. Food is available, should that be something you want. Be careful, though, it's a bit pricey and your only option should you want to serve food for your event. Facilities are very clean. The complex is easy to get in and out of.

The Center was fine, but too much was going on at 1 time. Foot traffic was low and could've been better. But I enjoyed the experience.

Nice, great space for hosting conferences. Food (entree) served on day 1 was a chicken pasta and it was DRY and lacked seasoning. This was experience by hundreds. Everyone said the same thing. Day 2, entree was good. Service on both days was good. Salads on both days were limp, browning and smelled. Seems as though they were left out for hours and hours in high temp area. Meeting rooms are spacious, restrooms were clean and plentiful on each level. Technology resources are adequate

Great place for conventions, cheer competitions and car shows. Very versatile and plenty of parking.

Very spacious. Was able to accommodate a United Methodist Church Annual Conference. Staff is helpful & polite. Made my conference experience a good one.

Excellent quality meeting and convention space with good accessibility

I have been here several times for different events. This is one of the best places in Jackson for events.

In all fairness I have only been there twice, the first time was animated dinosaur show, the setup was really impressive. The second time was last weekend when my company had a formal function there. I really thought the place would have but a more of a professional atmosphere, but it does not. I was expecting pizzazz and a bit more ambience.

very nice complex, clean and lots of space. but the parking lot in front is a mess. you would think that with a nice place like this Jackson or state of Miss. would at least fix the parking lot in front.

Wonderful event venue. They have a courteous & professional catering staff.

A great place to have all your meeting, and great security.

Great facility for a convention. We loved meeting there for our Southern Regional convention.
