Sipwell is an impossible company to enter into a partnership. Deliveries go wrong and are exchanged without question of day. The appliance does not clean. Invoices are not correct. The water and the guarantees are far too expensive. But above all .... communicating with this company is a disaster. They do not reply to emails and if you call too much they also ignore your phones. You have to explain everything to someone else again and again. It's a pity. This is a nice product but is completely broken by the incompetence of those who run this company and by the staff who just do Zen thing. They make promises that they can not live up to ... So DO NOT go to sipwell.
