After 2 weeks of waiting for our water, we still have not had a new delivery. By telephone, people come across as unprofessional and they promise to check and call back as soon as possible, but they do not. After a lot of messages via email or Facebook, it is constantly promised that the water will be delivered the next day, but 2 weeks later still nothing ...
Now we are even being ignored. We will not continue with Sipwell and will look for a better, professional company with good service!
We are very disappointed in Sipwell and do not recommend it to anyone.
