Migusta I have my Doctor, there she is very hungry and everyone is a great person. Everything they work, they know how to treat people well.

Dental clinic has very caring staff. I hate going to the Dentist. But this clinic makes dental care feel like a breeze. Great work the State of Iowa. The dental clinic makes a sliding for people that work part time and make too much money to quality for Medicaid and their part time statues offers no health insurance. My whole family goes to the clinic. I have always had top notch care.

This place has the best mental health doctors that I know of and I wouldn't go any other place to see the doctor for mental health disabilities I would recommend this place to anybody who has mental health disabilities they know their stuff on medication in treatment to get your running like human and normal their help me a lot through my life I've been going there a long time

I love the prenatal care here! All the workers, nurses, and OB doctors are very nice !

I've gotten more help from their other than I probably deserve but the people are very nice

Not only will you be sent to voicemail, but you will be hung up on when you try to set up an appointment for the dental department. And they will deny it, too. Don't come here unless you want to spend the better part of your day in the waiting room.

It s says on the website they open at 8am and I called right at 8:03 and no one answer I was on hold until 9:10am and no answer I just ended hanging up n taking him to the ER horrible. My doctor always said to call him first but damm no one ever answer I never been on hold for so long horrible service

The doctor I had the pleasure of encountering today was just rude .she got mad when I had to keep correcting her bc she was calling me by a different name. When I asked if I could get a second opinion on her diagnosis she proceeded to tell me that it won't do any good bc I don't have good insurance and it won't cover it. The Nurses and everyone else was fabulous. But the doctor should find a new profession if she's burnt out and calling patients by other peoples names

My kids have dentist appointment and they are great

Rude snotty nurses in the dental office. Not allowed to go in with your child, and they still are very rude. Twice I ve had to call and complain never taking my child back there again.

When ever you need medicine or health or dentist this is a excellent place for you and your family and friends

They will steal your cash and tell you that you saw the Dr. without paying, it's happened to me and multiple other people I know. If you pay in cash demand a receipt

I took my brother there to have filling. The lady sit on all the way in the back on the left told me that the INS doesn't cover for his filling and I have to pay everything. I made the payment with my Debit right the way and thought it was done. After one month, they sent me a bill with another amount. I asked them why I have this amount they said it because the INS didn't cover it. They told me to call my INS and ask why. I called my INS, they said,"the Detal Assistant HAVE TO call us to check the elgibility before the patient have treatment, but they didn't. The called us when they done with everything." So now I have responsible to pay the bill.
For my case, I came so many time to have my filling to, but 3 times I could't get in and have to reschedule it, because they could't check my elgibility. I told them, " ok let me come down stair and ask the INS assistant". They said," No you don't need to ask, it's the same. Your INS is un-active" :) Well. I really mad when they said that, but I still went to ask the InS assistant. My INS is still active. She told me to come up stair and talk with them with a angry tone. Sometimes you need to do that.
I will move all my family members to another Dental Clinic. With me their Doctors are good. But sometimes you come to a clinic just to have a good service with nice people, they do their job by their heart to help patients. You are in Medical, everything you do, patients are the most that you need to take care of. Patients are not only happy because of the doctors. They are happy because of the assistants too. Front desk is really important in a clinic. Patients in and out, flow them, help them, ... Everything you have to do well, again everything shall to YOUR HEART.

Nice building and friendly staff. Doctors, dentists, pharmacy and urgent care all in one building. Very convenient.

My adult children as well as myself have been going to SCHC for their entire lives and myself have been going there even longer. We have always received excellent care and they have always been able to get us in to see our regular provider (same one for the three of us since the beginning) or another provider if he was not available with or without an appointment. This clinic has grown so much since they first opened and it's nice to see that the people in the community have a place to go to receive quality health care that they can afford with their sliding scale if you do not have insurance. Dave Faldmo PA, Melinda, and Cory at the South Sioux City office are the BEST!

It's a very convenient clinic for those on a tight budget

In trying to get transportation to see the doctor but no response back.I need help walking and my eye sight is bad .Everything hurts on my body.

Don't usually have to wait very long to see docter. The nurses and aides are very friendly

What is there to say, other than this facility provides services to the underserved with great care. Looks freshly done inside, very clean.

SCHC gives out condoms, I have gotten reports from different people that they continue to break. They are being hypocrites by trying to promote the idea of saving people from getting HIV, when in fact they are trying to have more people get HIV for there financial gain.

Wow the security is super aggressive here. Apparently they don't understand the bill of rights.

I have been waiting on a call from someone from the dental department since August. I have diabetes, high blood pressure and I am pregnant. I don't understand why I've not been called yet. It's pretty frustrating.

Security and the Development manager both need to be fired. I will never be going to this community center and will write to our officials about removing federal funding.

Dr Ryder, Dr Daga and Becky along with their staff have been wonderful. The pharmacy and dental clinics are great to work with.

Gave excellent care. Helped a lot and was always available for every call i made right away.

My experience here sucks - I been waiting an hour to be seen...The schedule ya for a doctor that has to many patience - And try blaming you for there mistake - Seriously..Im getting another doctor in another clinic all together - This is ridiculous - worst customer service ever

Easy service just call in then they call you when you precipitation is ready

They were helpful when I need to set up an account for my baby girl to take her to urgent care.

Very caring Dr. Urgent care really makes you feel welcome.

Security is horrible. Need to have some training on the constitution, and what are rights are. Don't need to be rude to citizens on the property just filming. It is a Constitutionally protected activity.

The the healthcare workers are the bomb for doing what they do during this trying time.

Lots of loitering this lady came out started smoking saying she had to wait for prescriptions very uncomfortable sitting there with activity around building

Had 3 nurses return my call for the WRONG doctor, had no idea what they were returning my call about and then had the wrong prescription to pick up. That place is a complete mess of a nightmare. WOW.

Always had a good experience with the dental office and the medical office!!! Affordable health care!!!

The care givers here truly believe in what they do. They are invested!

The nurses are very friendly and helpful. They listen to ur questions and if they know the answer they will tell u, otherwise they will tell the doc. The lobby for the most part is very clean. You get in and out in a timely manner.

The security guy came out and was really rude to two guy's doing a nice story about the Health Center in Soix City.
He tried to Ban them from the property but it didn't work.
He wouldn't even identify himself in his official capacity i as security guard.
