Security needs to be re-trained. Totally worthless.

A good place to get health care. Lots of doctors on staff, an urgent care clinic for semi emergent health care, and they help you afford it if you don't have insurance. Short wait times, friendly staff, and a nice clean facility.

Thankful that we have Siouxland Community Center. Helpful staff and doctors.

come here for the dentist and all I have to say is lovely people, short wait, and you'll be in and out in no time.

It was a great experience for my nephew who is a diabetic. Not only did he see the MD but she set him up with a diabetic specialist.

I've never had a bad experience at this office or even the one in South Sioux. Everyone is helpful and friendly. One of the best community clinics I've been to!

I gave this place three stars because they have exceptional customer service if you are trying to get assistance for health insurance. You can literally walk in and you will be covered before you leave. The problem is that after you are covered the actual care you receive is poor at best. I had an experience here that made me decide to discontinue going. I lived within walking distance and so I chose to get my medication at their pharmacy. The medications were prescribed by a Mental Health doctor and SCHC does not have psychologists or Psychiatrists working there but they wouldn't release my medications until my primary care doctor signed off on them. This caused several short 1-2 day delays initially then a holiday weekend caused me to be without my meds for four days because I missed an appointment with my doctor so she refused to sign off on them until I saw her. Obviously, I immediately terminated any business I had with SCHC and had my meds sent to a normal pharmacy like Hy-Vee. This same doctor also informed, without any consent or release, someone about my attendance for scheduled appointments.

for the most part Siouxland Community Health Center seems to know what they were doing. The staff is generally friendly, with good personalities.

The organization was so helpful. I had to pay for my expensive prescriptions and several people in the facility helped me in getting them from the Siouxland Community Health pharmacy at a discount. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Had a procedure done.it was done well. Great facility. One thing was that I was told 3 different times to make sure to arrive 15 mins prior to my 8am appointment but the door was locked. Was opened at 8. I survived but if you want patients early. Open the door

It's not my favorite place to go into, but it's the only place I can get my insulin.

Great place to seek care for a primary doctor or urgent care center, they are open on Saturdays as well which is a plus

So went in yesterday gave them a long list of symptoms too much to type but took me about 1hr to be seen which is fine the nurse that seen me first was super nice the doctor then saw me she was short and didn't ask about all symptoms and when I talked I don't then she was listing so she diagnosed me with a simple ear infection and scooted me out here's the thing though on my current problems list she listed fever which I didn't have tobacco use which I haven't smoked in 2 years and pneumonia which freaked me out cause she never mentioned it or anything so I called and they played dumb I'm never going there again I feel bad for people who don't have good insurance and can't afford good healthcare

Security personnel lack any sort of people skills. Their lack of identifying when asked is abhorrent and quite frankly concerning. Their misuse of the 911 emergency line is also troublesome. I believe it would do a great community service to have the security personnel undergo further training regarding interacting with citizens.

Receptionist I called and talked with today was very rude and unprofessional. I decided to go with a different dental office because of this. The difference in service is worth paying for. Very dissapointed.

I hate it. The waiting expectantly in the ER! Why do they take there sweet time, people feel sick and on top of the the lady s at the desk are SO RUDE and talk about the patients. (ER). I would always come here but I m done. You wait all this time for them to not even know what is wrong or to say that it s normal. Disgusting.

Showed up at 1130am for my appt, was told I had to wait until 1pm to be seen being my Dr was behind. I live over an hour away... Wasn't pleased.

Rude, ignorant, disrespectful staff at this facility will violate your civil rights and make false reports to law enforcement.

If they ever pick up the phone. Says opens at 8. Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone call before 8:30.

Well that's where my doctor is and everyone there is very friendly. The staff know me well enough that my wait time isn't very long.

What a mess. Parking, check-in, the wait inside...it's all a disaster.

If I could give a 0 stars I would I cant believe that this place gives birth control to 12 year olds without parents permission I thank this is not right

I always took a friend here to see her Dr. They were always friendly and helpful. They treated her very well.

Good luck trying to reach someone in the pharmacy to actually talk to, and if by the grace of God you do end up speaking to someone have fun dealing with their unprofessional attitudes. On top of that don't be surprised if when you get there they haven't filled some of the scripts that you ordered. There are good staff that work at the Siouxland Community Health centers but they are dew and far between. This place can be a absolute waste of time and energy!

It is a place where you are. Nurses Doctors And a specialized revival. And they give you the possibility to pass consultation even payment in installments.

Megusta because he treats you well, they are ambre and I have never had a problem.
They have also helped me. I also have my Doctor.

I been going here since I was 18 or 19 n they a lot to offer, they may take awhile to get u into be seen but it's worth your while

They seem to always give me a hard time each time I go in ,always about something we TRYED calling to let you know that you appointment has been canceled etc...just ridiculous excuses the nurses an urgent care are the worst they seem to not really ask questions they ask you one thing they said OK that s it I didn t ask you for any thing else

this place deletes reviews that are the truth about them. Keep deleting and we will keep posting its not hard. The truth about the corrupted doctors and the Director administrator at this facility will come out soon. Doctors and administrators that lie to patients and make up lies about Patients should not be working in any medical facilities. This place discriminated me and mistreated me and lied about me, I feel like I can t never trust any doctors in my life again.

The care here was fine my problem with this facility is it was probably built with federal grants and state grants but yet they don't have to take Iowa Medicaid

Good doctors and good service in the pharmacy. They have improved since the first time I went there. I do no have insurance but they helped me so much so I can pay my doctors visits. You need to get 15 min before your appointments. I love the ladies from dental they are very helpful and nice to me.

Headache coming here. 1 out of 5 times they will have things in order for patients. Long lines. Front desk staff not very confident or knowledageble or patient. Kind of like a cow mill for humans in need.

On the phone they tend to have a condescending tone

Took care of my daughter with compassion and care very quickly we were in and out within an hour including exam and prescription

Doctors, nurses and staff are professional and treat you with respect

Security guards are bullying citizens and unprofessional to citizens in public.

It always busy there. Make sure you make enough time.

This place is special for me, I don't have any concerns about this clinic. 100 % recommended.

This place discriminated me, they lied about me, they had other doctors lie about me, they did not help me with my pain, they gave me meds that did not help me and refused to give me anything that would help me, shame on this corrupted Organization that does wrong and get away with it. If anyone else has gone thru this please let's file a class A law suit against them. Do not complaine anything to there administrator director because she is the worse. God help us against these bad people that work there, that put us thru even greater pain then we are already in.

This is my medical facility great doctors and nurses.....they have just about everything a person needs, doctors, nurses, lab, dental, and pharmacy.
