Centrally located in the city which is great. They generally get you and provide the best health care around.

Great place. My doctor and dentist in the same place. Prices for prescription medications is very reasonable too.

I love this place. It should serve as a model for clinics in Louisiana, where I am living presently. I received good thorough care and it's a friendly place.

Great medical and dental care for the whole family. Multi-lingual clinic, sliding fee scale for those who qualify.

I took my daughter there for a cleaning appointment, i tried many time to finally had her appointment set up. I went in, they told me the appointment was not for cleaning. The hygienist was so mean and rude. She was discriminating us. Her attitude was horrible. I told her about her attitude and all she said just "I don't know". Bad dental services especially to children. I do not recommend this hygienist to anyone who has little kids. And i forgot to mention. Her name was "Nicole". I was not going to write this review, but her attitude just can not going away from my mind.

I went to urgent care and was denied medical attention. The receptionist told me to go to the emergency room instead because they don't treat abdominal pain. So instead of talking to a doctor I talked to a receptionist who wanted to go home because they were closing in 5 minutes.

Siouxland Is An Excellent Place For Your Health Needs

Do not use the dental clinic. They make a practice of overbilling. When they are called on it they reply; It is our normal procedure to bill for redundant procedures and if your insurance rejects the claim it will be at your expense.

I staff there go the extra mile to make you comfortable.

Smart, skilled careful dentist. Dr Balor three of the four dentists have been very nice with good listening skills.

They always make you wait a long time and their staff most of the time are rude.

They will LIE to you about the facility being PUBLICLY funded and try to tell you this is a privately run city building. Then attempt to trespass you for exercising your constitutionally protected rights. Keep in mind, these are the people supposed to be looking after your well-being and they turn out to be enemies of American freedom, can't get much more detrimental to our well-being than that. This facility needs to be retrained on what is and is not allowed in publicly accessible spaces.

First I like to say this review has nothing to do with the care or treatment of their Doctors, Nurses, ect. In fact it's quite the opposite, there's one lady that works therd named beth who is one of the most kind, caring, and helpful people I have ever met. This review is solely based on my experiences with their pharmacy.This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First off not all but most of their staff there are RUDE. Second expect to wait extremely long times for your medication. I have switched all my meds but one to a different pharmacy ( Try hyvee pharmacy on Gordon dr their super super nice). Once I had to wait literally two hours for a script and they still messed up and I only got half my medicine. This last time I went I walked up to the counter and was told nicely it would be 15 minutes for my script came back with a different persone and was Rudely told to go wait for my name to come up on a screen in a different area. So a half hour goes by than while im waiting some guy who doesn't know how to wear a mask starts hacking up a lung so I leave and decide to go through curbside pickup, way better. But anyways I only get half my script and they tell me I got a full one so I might be out of meds nice. The mess up scrips offten and barely ever answer their phone. Also note they have been extremely busy You might not find parking.

The receptionist was very prompt to check me in. The nurse was very nice and helpful. My doctor checked out all my complaints,. Took blood and urine tests and his nurse called with some results the next day. I'm happy with Siouxland community health center.

My wife called for an appointment this morning. I spent less than an hour there with appointment and waiting for my perscription. 5 minutes for perscription. My wife went to a different doctor for the same thing and was gone 4 hours. 2 hours waiting for her perscription to be filled at Walgreens.

gorgeous building/architecture/design i love what the remodel they did so many yrs ago thats just an extra added bonus cuz i feel like if u r surrounded by beautiful things it makes u feel better lifts ur spirits inspiring is part of healing we have always went here as r primary medical care physicians r doctor has been here r years thankfully she is awesome & adorable we love her lol we love all the staff they r all pretty great & sweet & fun & funny & they hold all kkinds of different fun events that r free 2 the public all thru the yr we go 2 all of them block party/cookout/ free rummage/trunk or treat etc etc but of course best thing is its not anywhere near as outrageously expensive as most other doctors/physicians in Siouxland

I have been going to the same care provider for almost 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was assisted by one of your HealthCare.gov navigators recently and was very happy with the experience. Ms. Campos was very friendly, professional, and helpful to me in helping me select a health insurance plan that worked best for my situation. She also helped de-mystify some questions I had regarding the whole process. Thanks SCHC!

This is a okay place to see the doctor, it could use improvements

Very good service, and with interpreter service in Spanish.

As a Spanish speaker, it is very good to receive attention with the help of interpreters, although due to the pandemic it is usually somewhat slow at the entrance to access services.

We get truly wonderful care while here! Love our Dr.....Dr Walz
