I took my brother there to have filling. The lady sit on all the way in the back on the left told me that the INS doesn't cover for his filling and I have to pay everything. I made the payment with my Debit right the way and thought it was done. After one month, they sent me a bill with another amount. I asked them why I have this amount they said it because the INS didn't cover it. They told me to call my INS and ask why. I called my INS, they said,"the Detal Assistant HAVE TO call us to check the elgibility before the patient have treatment, but they didn't. The called us when they done with everything." So now I have responsible to pay the bill.
For my case, I came so many time to have my filling to, but 3 times I could't get in and have to reschedule it, because they could't check my elgibility. I told them, " ok let me come down stair and ask the INS assistant". They said," No you don't need to ask, it's the same. Your INS is un-active" :) Well. I really mad when they said that, but I still went to ask the InS assistant. My INS is still active. She told me to come up stair and talk with them with a angry tone. Sometimes you need to do that.
I will move all my family members to another Dental Clinic. With me their Doctors are good. But sometimes you come to a clinic just to have a good service with nice people, they do their job by their heart to help patients. You are in Medical, everything you do, patients are the most that you need to take care of. Patients are not only happy because of the doctors. They are happy because of the assistants too. Front desk is really important in a clinic. Patients in and out, flow them, help them, ... Everything you have to do well, again everything shall to YOUR HEART.
