We worked with Jason who is the least communicative and unmotivated recruiter in the industry. He should consider another field or industry. He covers his shortcomings by hiding under a shroud of niceness and ignorance. Although maybe he reLlybis ignorant and we just gave home benefit of the doubt.
He hardly ever returns texts, calls, emails and if he does it s isually 2-3wks later. He s definitely not a head hunter but more like a processor. The onboarding staff members are equally unprofessional as they tend to meet in casual attire. They lack engagement and any depth. They re appear to be novices not worth wasting your time. You re better off working with experts who have drive and motovation.
