They call you super positive and encouraging for new positions, set up interviews, but then when all is said and done they completely go radio silent. Zero feed back, zero explanation as to why you haven't heard back or why you didn't get a job.

Honestly, I feel as though it was a complete waste of my time. When you're actively searching for jobs, wasting people's time is a big fail in my book.
