If you have never been to kaiser, and are used to smaller clinics, they're going to feel pretty inpersonal. That aside, everything else moves like clock work at kaiser, this one is no exception. This one is a bit smaller than some of the ones i've been to though.
Went to go see about a knee issue.
Park in the free lot off the freeway, took the elevator to the 2nd floor, checked in with the receptionist. Right on time, the nurse comes and asks for me, right on time the doctor comes in to check on me, they ask me if i want a flu shot. my visit ends with a flu shot, and a prescription that i go downstairs to pick up. there's 10 people in line but moves like clockwork. Someone gives me the drugs asks if i want further explanation after explaining basics to me. I say yes, they hand the drugs down the lanes to a pharmacist whose sole job is to stand there, look at the drugs being handed to her, and explain to the next patient.
This is an assembly line, so if your'e used to being babied at stanford and the tesla charging stations or valet parking, this place ain't for you.
Doctor was nice too and so was the nurse.
