I m so dissatisfied with the assistance that I received
All I wanted to do was make an appointment with my primary and what I got was a call center that couldn t do diddly for me except to tell me that they would contact the office digitally and I would then be contacted within 24 hours to see if there was anything available - for now it seems I am on some sort of waiting list
We are talking about making an appointment two weeks out and the scheduler was unable to help me in any way and could not even give me a number where I could follow up on my own - like the number was a secret. Now I m still inexperienced with Kaiser but this is yet another example of why we will be moving on when open enrollment comes around.
