We met with Jonathan who assessed our heating and cooling situation at our home. We wanted to purchase a mini split heating/cooling system for our home and unfortunately the way our home is configured utilizing the system wouldn't make sense to us. Jonathan couldn't have been more forthcoming and helpful to us, answering all our questions. A wonderful representative of the company...and if I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to call the company, especially if you are interested in the electric mini-split system.

This firm has installed heating and air conditioning at our previous home and serviced the equipment for over a decade. The equipment was top notch and the yearly service was first rate. In our new location they installed a Mitsubishi air conditioner--a 100% rating for the installation in difficult circumstances and their service again--- has been outstanding

Love these guys! If we need something fabricated it always turns out beautiful and on the one rare occasion something was off they took it back and made it right.

Simpson Sheet Metal did a fantastic job installing a new AC system in our house. They came highly recommended as they worked on several others housees in our neighborhood. Jon Roncone was our estimator, and was very patient with all our questions; he gave us a great price. Bernie did the field work, was super friendly, and worked very efficiently! Highly recommend this company, you won't regret it!

If I could give Simpson more than a five star rating I would. It was a great experience from first meeting John, the sales person, to working with the office, to the installers, to even the final permit with the City. (The inspector actually said that Simpson does everything right and are one of the best companies around.) We interviewed several companies and Simpson was the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable by far. I m now working from home in an upstairs office and without our new Mitsubishi Split System it would be unbearable. We totally love it! Thanks Simpson, for making it so easy for us.

I hired Simpson Sheet Metal to install AC in my home. From getting a quote through John, all the way through install, these guys were great. Very pleased with how it all went.

As a contractor I used to use this company for all my sheetmetal and hvac projects for all the homes I built, nowadays I'm lucky to make it past the front door to get some sheetmetal cut. To note the boys in the shop are great but I don't recommend this company to anyone so much so that I go out of my way to make sure no one else does either.

Appointment set for 12-2, called at 2:05 they said he was on his way, now 4:30, no call, nothing, 6 no call nothing, you're fired. By the way, you owe me the 400 bucks I lost by missing a day at work, small claims court on the way. Go to Moore, they'll call ya 2 days before and call when they're on the way, what a concept. How can you get so bad in 7 yrs.? Did a great job on heater in 2009.

I went with Simpson to install my A/C. It went very well and the install team was clean and professional. They even wear booties around the house!

The experience I had with Simpson Sheet Metal was amazing in getting our Mitsubishi ducted mini-split HVAC (to replace our wall furnace & wall shaker A/C) installed last week! This week was the first real test of the A/C performance and I'm thrilled to say the system performed flawlessly and easily kept our home at a max 71 degrees while the outside was a 95+ degree sauna! One fear I had beforehand in adding HVAC was noise pollution, and this system is whisper quiet inside and barely audible outside!

In particular every employee I directly worked with was top notch. John was wonderful through the quoting process despite me being a difficult prospective customer. As an engineer by trade, I put about 80 hours of research into this before reaching out to Simpson and John happily answered all of my technical questions and concerns. On the install side, Jeromie and Bernie were awesome, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In particular I appreciated that they handled things like moving furniture out of the way and removing picture frames, dust/debris control, etc...I had taken off work the first day of install assuming I would be responsible for that part and then I ended up with a bonus/easy day off which was a pleasant surprise!

The reason I chose Simpson is during my HVAC research process I settled on the Mitsubishi system (the highest quality system on the market), and when I saw Simpson's Diamond Preferred Status in addition to being on the Press Democrat's "Best of 2019" list I figured I was in good hands. Of course I wanted a lower price, but after seeing the quality of materials and workmanship I am comforted to know we have a quality high performance system instead of a cheap system or one with inferior workmanship or less skilled/experienced installers (HVAC install work is so tedious, experienced/trained installers are critical!). The quality of materials was evident and in no place did I see cutting corners...from the sound dampening built into the return or the better R8 ducts, everywhere I looked I saw "the good stuff" being used and installed in the highest quality way. I am very appreciative of this high quality materials, workmanship, and experience!

We had an excellent experience with Simpson sheet metal installing AC in our house. Their communication, timeliness and cleanliness was appreciated. I got quotes from many different companies in Sonoma County and Simpson Sheet metal was either right in line with the others, or cheaper. What made us chose them over the others was John Roncone. Out of all the people who came out to our house, we felt he was the most honest and reliable. He told us things we could do that would make it more expensive and things we could do to save money. He even found a very dangerous mistake made by another company who installed our heater and had it fixed immediately. Needless to say, I highly recommend Simpson Sheet Metal for all your heating and AC needs!
