Very professional & always on time. From getting the permit to the completion of the job went seamlessly. They always made sure when the day was over that all debris was picked up. I was very impressed with the company & highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Only had 1 job with them, but it went very smoothly. The guys who did the estimate and the work were very professional and easy to work with. They did everything as promised and in a timely manner. The couple of times I called the office, the staff were also excellent. Very nice, friendly, patient and just a joy to deal with.

Their ability to keep us well informed on the status of our project is exemplary. I cannot recommend the company enough for the services they provide. :)

Not all heros wear capes, some wear a hat that says Elysian. Andrew Berg and Elliott believed I had a claim when no one else did and not only assisted me with filing the claim but with meeting the insurance adjuster, but grabbing ladders, getting on the roof, and pointing out the damage (that I m sure would not have been caught). Good sized crew made light of the work and got it done quickly, Andrew communicated well throughout the entire project. Very happy.

We have had many contractors come to our house after the recent hail storm and I was very impressed with how professional and educated the Elysian Rep was. He met with our insurance and made sure that all our damage was fully covered. We were just approved for a full roof replacement, siding and gutters and they just started the work. They have been very easy to work with.

They did a great job on our commercial property and the staff was very friendly. The crew was very clean and did good work.

A consultant came to my door after he saw hail damage. They did an outstanding job on the roof and siding. Working with the company was easy and great. They went the extra mile of fixing the step that got damaged. I would recommend them to others because they did good work.

I was overwhelmed after the hail storm this summer, and by the amount of damage to my home. Thankfully I found Elysian Construction! My sales representative, Joe, was awesome to work with and made me feel a little more at ease about the situtation. He even met my insurance company on the day that they were here to assess the damage. It was nice to have someone advocate on my behalf. The company was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Elysian Construction!

Things went very well. Someone from Elysian was in communication with us from the very beginning. Tim, our salesman was great at following up without being annoying, the administration did a great job informing us of the upcoming timing of the project, the guys working on the roof were fast, efficient, and did a great job. Traci from the billing side of the house followed up with my questions and kept me in the loop after the project was completed. Everything went great!

I am overall very happy with the outcome, no complaints! They have a great team and a great company to work with because of how detail oriented they are. They really know what they're doing. The crew was clean and very nice. We even offered them eggrolls and water bottles. All that hard work must build an appetite. I highly recommend people to go with Elysian, they do great work for a great price. I give them 5 stars!

I haven t had any work done by them but based off the experience I just had with their storm restoration specialist I have to say the three guys who approached me while I was outside my house was great. Coming from a customer service background they did everything right and explained why they were out in the neighborhood and did a free look over to discover my roof was in great shape and they didn t hassle me for anything else like I have experience with some companies before. I ll be keeping this business card and will call when something does need repairing.

We had Elysian Construction replace our roof in theSummer 2020. The process prior to installation and the installation went very well. Crews where professional and followed safety guidelines. Clean up was complete and no additional call backs were required. Nice job!

Overall very satisfied with the work they did on an apartment complex we own. We met with a lot of large national companies to do the work but really liked that they are local and family run. Their care and attention and communication was great through the whole thing. We would use them again on any of our other properties we manage.

We had statefarm come out and tell us we did not have damage although i had missing shingles on my roof... they said the damage is below our deductible. We tried to hire 3 different insurance companies to help fix our repairs and no one would do it. Finally we where referred to Jay by one of our Neighboor s and he came and showed us we had damage to our roof, windows, siding, garage doors and gutters that was all missed by State Farm. He took pictures of all the damages and when we had State Farm come out again and they are now settling our claim thanks to jay we are getting new roof windows siding and gutters. We recommend Jay and Elysian construction to everyone!

They send out unsolicited text messages looking for roof damage.

this is the worst experience with a construction company I have ever had. The communication was awful! No one bothered to call text or email any part of this process. The roofers actually showed up at my house and started removing the roof ; didn't even bother to ring my door. The materials were delivered and no one bothered to inform me the home owner. Nick the salesman did not care or want to be bothered. Mike Sullivan the construction coordinator would only respond to my text; blamed everything on the Covid virus

I would give them a zero if I could. It took them over a year to get the roof and siding completed, left materials yard, I had to clean up debris after the siding crew left, they put duct tape on my front glass door and left it one for over a year and refused to clean it off, destroyed landscaping plants and left nails on the ground. Said they would reset the satellite dish and didn't put it back into place. I needed to make the arrangements to have the work for the dish completed.

Customer service was terrible. I needed to call them repeatedly to get the work done. This company is no different than any other storm chaser.

Elysian Construction did a fantastic job with the entire process of putting on our new roof. Jay was involved from start to finish and kept us informed at every step. Jay even came out to the house before the roofing project began to make sure a few holes in the roof were protected. The roofing team was professional and thorough and cleaned up the area every day.

The reason this isn't a 5 star is because when we notified them of a leak in our roof their response took longer than we expected. I received not 1 but 2 calls, one from Ron who promptly set up a crew to come and work on our roof the next day and one from Amy who also sent someone (Mason) to assess the problem. They were prompt, respectful, and clean. First Mason came and assessed the situation and let us know that a crew would be pulled from another job to take care of whatever was causing the problem. He even called a couple hours after he left to inform me of the crews estimated time of arrival. The crew showed up when we were told they would and immediately got to work. Dispite a semi slow start Elysian finished very strong! Oh I forgot to mention that 3 years ago they replaced our roof which included a ten year warranty. We're happy that they honor their work and their warranty. I the next day Ron personally came over to make sure everything was done correctly. We didn't expect that.

I was overall very happy with the work Elysian did on my home . They really know what they are doing when it comes to Minnesota homes and were experts with cedar shakes. I am overall very happy. No complaints, only complaint was the job took a bit longer than I thought but that is to be expected when they are doing detailed work.

These guys were absolutely wonderful. Jay was my go-to guy and it was so nice to have just one person to talk to you about all the details from beginning to the end of the job, rather than having multiple people which can cause confusion. They did everything they said they were going to do and it was so quick and easy. The cleanup was perfect. Very good value. This was probably one of the very best experiences that I ve had as a homeowner and doing home repair. I would recommend them over anybody else.

We had some loose shingles and we hired this company for the repair. I realize that our project wasn t the largest of roofing projects, yet they treated us as if we were a very special customer. I ve already recommended them to a neighbor who was asking who we used for our job.

These guys know what they are doing and have helped us recovering 1.2 million dollars to restore our commercial strip mall and home. We had our siding replaced at the end of December and our roof in October 2020. From day one, they were detailed and thorough. The crew did a wonderful job on our home and we have been so happy with the end results. We highly recommend Elysian and the service they provided.

We had a client that purchased a summer home in Wayzata and unfortunately we could not do the exterior work, but was referred by an architect to Elysian. We were very pleased at how professional this company was. We were able to go over all the specs of the property and they managed everything to the last detail.

I had an insurance adjuster coming to my house to review damage from a hail storm. I was about 15 minutes away and they called and asked my what I would like to do about the contractor that just showed up. He was asking all sorts of questions and wanted to know if I had a contractor already. I stated I did and my insurance adjusters had to tell him this through the phone for me. I live on a set back driveway marked with "NO TRESSPASSING" the Elysian sales associated decided that didn't matter and followed the adjusters onto my property because he was looking to make a sale.

He apparently was badgering my adjusters about if I had a contractor why weren't they present with the adjusters during the walk through? I had previously gone through the property with my contractor and felt I could elaborate on anything that was found or ignored myself.

Then he had to audacity to leave is his card. Why would I want to work with someone who throws a temper tantrum when he is told to leave private property? Be wary of their tactics they meet the exact definition of a storm chaser.

My neighbor referred me to them, after our house had storm damage. Tim came out and gave us a very detailed inspection and went over the whole process with us. He was very helpful and answered our questions. He made the process go so fast and took all of the stress out of the process. We really like our new roof.

I had a leak in the roof and Jay scheduled an inspection. He walked the roof, pulled some tiles up, and quickly found where the leak started and ended. Looked the roof over to make sure nothing else was wrong. He explained the entire problem and how they would fix it. Scheduled a crew to some out and fix it. The showed up promptly and worked quickly to repair the roof. No leak anymore after a few rains. Great work, quality, and effort.

We called Elysian construction to help us with our storm damage on our commercial and residential properties. We worked with Jay it was a quick and easy process, he was able to address and answer all our questions and concerns. All the work was done perfectly and quickly. Elysian came to my rescue! After the big storm in June of 2017 the folks from Elysian took care of everything with my insurance company including fighting for payment of the damages as my insurance company initially denied my claim. it took over 13 months to get approval but Elysian did a fabulous job from start to finish. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and professional, with the workman being quick and efficient and very neat! I highly recommend Elysian and i would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had Elysian come out to replace my roof in the Fall of 2019 and I left most impressed with their professionalism, the attention to detail and the overall quality of work done on my roof. Nick was instrumental in walking us through the process, helping us make shingle and color selections and following-up on during construction. What stands out most during this process was Nick and Elysian's dedication to solving the source of a small roof leak in my daughter's bedroom. After several weeks of investigation which included the team climbing up on our chimney, foraging through our attic and tarping sections of our roof - they discovered the problem and ensured that the correction would be in place during the installation. So thankful for this extra effort! Strongly recommend and will go to them for any future needs I have in the future!

My Highest recommendation. They did an exceptional job in replacing our roof and gutters at significantly lower cost than was quoted by the other companies with comparable ratings. All work was done to the highest standard with thepremium materials and cleanup was complete and thorough. Jay did a terrific job in managing the project from start to finish, including walking the roof to patch potential leaks while waiting for the project to start.

Best roofing, windows and siding contractor in the twin cities, they specialize in insurance claims. We where able to get a 278k dollar settlement from chubb for a complete exterior facelift of our home. Ask for Jay! he's the best!

1 Star only because I have to give 1. They completely lack any customer service skills and ability to rectify the issues that they have causes while insisting they complete the work in the winter. Cannot believe the number of extra times they have had to come out in order to fix issues they have continued to cause. They lied about me being present with inspections and about how they communicate. They completely lack professional communication skills and really live up to a storm chaser mentality.

Used Elysian to complete tear off and re-shingle of $25,000 roof. After work was complete, I found broken siding (from ladders), severely bent flashing, dented vent covers, torn shingles and oil spots on concrete driveway from workers trucks. Work was completed 2 months ago but repairs still not addressed and Elysian has been unresponsive in handling. I expected a more professional company who's at fault for significant damage occurring during service.

They came to my door to discuss hail damage on my home and garage. The team was super nice and helped me with my insurance claim. Working with the company was enjoyable, they met with our insurance and got all of our storm damage approved for full restoration. Elysian is a quality, honest company that does good work. An easy and solid company to work with.

Elysian Construction was able to help me get all the damage from the 2016 hail storm paid for and restored properly. They acted on my behalf with my insurance company, as I have no prior experience with storm damage. I ended up having major damage to my roof and windows that I have no idea would have caused problems down the line. They were easy to work with and I am very pleased with the work that was done! I would use them again in a heart beat, and I will continue to recommend them as my contractor of choice.

When I started my roofing project, I looked at a number of roofers in area. I picked Elysian Construction roofing because their pricing was competitive and because both my neighbors used Elysian Construction roofing recently to redo their roofs and both were happy with the experience.

These guys from Elysian Construction were great! We found out we had a leak in one of our bedroom about a month ago. After calling about 6 other roofing companies which all either failed to return our calls, or they told me they did not have time to do repairs when I called Jay, he was able to make it out within the following week to check the roof (which is great). Jay came out and gave us an estimate for the repair and the estimate was very good for our original thoughts of spending, and we scheduled Jay to come over get it done. The following week, Jay showed up and installed new roof. We are very happy and we will hire them again.

Our GAF rep recommended them and after connecting with the owner, I was very impressed on how professional they are. As a Florida snowbird who knows a bit about construction, i was impressed at how thoughtful and the warranty they give and how much detail they spend on the job site. . We have referred a few other clients to them as well. Great team.

They came out, inspected my property's roof (Home Owner Association multiple buildings), fixed the roof hail damage and installed Gutter Guards. Zero issues. I felt they inspected very thoroughly, were honest and forthright about what needed to be done. The Gutter Guards have saved our HOA a ton of cleaning costs and we haven't had any leaks since the hail storm! Thank you!

Elysian construction and jay where very easy and professional to work with, great service and great work.

We referred a commercial client to Elysian in Minnesota since we are not based there. We have done work with the management company for the properties that they have by us. We did a lot of research and found them on the BBB site. They didn't have a ton of reviews online so I wasn't sure at first but after we talked and met in person, I felt comfortable to continue. They submitted a bid on the project that we were working with and they did not come in the lowest but did not come in the highest either. What really made us decide to go with them was their warranty information. They provided a 10 year warranty and a 20 year commercial warranty on the roof portion. There were a couple minor problem repairs but overall I felt that they did a good job handling them and in the end was pretty happy. I gave them a 4 just because of those few problem repairs but on a project this big it really is to be expected.

From beginning to end, the roofing company did a great job. They made us feel comfortable and secure in the knowledge that they would put on a sound roof for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company in the future. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied.

We met with a lot of different companies after the storm came through last spring. We knew we wanted to go with a local company that had a good reputation. Although there are some bigger companies out there, I really liked how detail oriented Elysian was. Even when we first met with them, I could tell that they truly cared about our project and went the extra mile. We were not treated like another customer, instead they treated our home like their own. They kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was very nice and friendly and very clean. They did the job promptly and did a great quality check overview after our project. I was really happy we went with Elysian and would give them 5 stars.

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Everyone we dealt with at Elysian Construction was pleasant, persistent and knowledgable. Our insurance claim was complicated but the staff at Elysian spoke with our desk adjuster and made sure all the needed information was submitted on time. We had a short turn around to get the job done in the fall and Elysian got us on their calendar ASAP. Excellent people to work with!

Elysian replaced the siding on our entire home. I have to admit communications were a little confusing at first but improved dramatically within a couple of weeks - they met every commitment - even showed up after the snow melted to ensure the yard was clean and free of nails. The team was extremely professional and the end result is amazing! I definitely will recommend Elysian for siding repair and/or replacement.

First off, Tim did a great job handling my insurance Company claim on hail damage to my roof.
The crew of 5 men and 1 woman arrived bright and early to replace my roof. Shortly, another employee backed up a rather large trailer for to load the debris and he left. I had to leave around 3:30 and noticed that they weren't quite half way done with my 3 BR house and double garage. So after arriving back after dark, I inspected with a flashlight. Not only had they finished the entire job in one day but the trailer had been picked up and the grounds were cleaner than when they started. Very impressive!

Whether it s storm damage, flood damage, fire damage or new construction on residential or commercial real estate Jay is very easy and great to work with , always responsive and is very well versed in navigating insurance claims and project managing construction projects. I would recommend him to everyone that is looking for a seamless 5 star experience.

Our roofing and siding was damaged in a hail storm. They did a tremendous job repairing it. Everything from consultation to the finished job was exceptional. Our roofing and siding looks better then it did before! I truly believe this is the best company in MN. Definitely should hire them if you are ever in need of work.

Completely unprofessional with terrible customer service. Have been trying to chase down the refund they owe for weeks. They say they will send and never do and then never return phone calls. Do not work with them.
