If I could give Simpson more than a five star rating I would. It was a great experience from first meeting John, the sales person, to working with the office, to the installers, to even the final permit with the City. (The inspector actually said that Simpson does everything right and are one of the best companies around.) We interviewed several companies and Simpson was the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable by far. I m now working from home in an upstairs office and without our new Mitsubishi Split System it would be unbearable. We totally love it! Thanks Simpson, for making it so easy for us.
