We searched long and hard to find the right builder for our dream home - the whole process for us took about 3 years from when we bought our land lot and started talking to custom builders (plus 14 months to build start to finish). Simonini was there with us at the beginning helping us evaluate the land for build options and hung in there through our (very) detailed builder interviewing process. Ultimately we decided to use Simonini and just recently moved into our new home. Many friends that had built before us warned us about the process. "You'll despise your builder by the end". We were nervous and although the process wasn't perfect (it's impossible for it to be perfect) it truly was an amazing experience and we are so glad we went with Simonini!. They supported us throughout the entire building process, keeping us up to date on status, resolving issues quickly, putting us in touch with trusted vendors, and they helped us manage budget the whole way through. They were transparent and honest while making sure our customer experience was positive, they pushed us when necessary but were patient and respectful...and they built us an AWESOME house! We can't believe we live here on most days! We just had our 60 day warranty (out of 12 total months) and everything we needed fixed has been done. They stick around even after construction is complete. If you're looking for a custom builder, you will not be sorry you chose Simonini! Five stars without hesitation.
