Several times I came here to do the isee and I did not have any kind of problem. The only flaw is that they are poorly informed about some things and this is not good. If a person goes to a public office the staff should be well informed about certain issues.

Excellent union with serious and prepared operators. Resolutive and fast. I recommend it for any administrative and legal practice, 730, isee etc.etc. GD

I inform you that on 27/02/2020 I paid the price to have the ATM subscription valid for one year starting from 01/04/2020 at the CAAF CISL in Via Tadino, 23 Milan. The payment receipt arrived via email on March 31, 2020, saying that I can collect the ATM card at CAAF CILS in Via Tadino, 23 Milan, the CAAF CILS office being closed. From the start it is a lie!
I contacted CILS to request alternatively the sending of the ATM card by post in order to go to work. I work in the health sector. CAAF CISL writes to me "I understand your difficulties and I'm sorry". Ms. Alice Locci writes to me that the card can be withdrawn in May 2020.
On the CAAF CISL port there is a sheet where it is said that CISL offers psychological assistance for health professionals. Nothing could be more false! CAAF CISL does not even offer the service for which the citizen pays! What a shame!

Personally I was on Friday to pick up isee and I kindly asked for information on the rei card which tells me the municipality of Milan to be the responsibility of the Caf headquarters. "The answer?" When you have some information about who withdraws the forms, come and tell us ".... I called the Municipality and a very kind lady in a loud voice with the lady of the caf in via tadino told her that it should not be answered like this because it is their task is to collect and give information about it .... and from there an endless discussion and obviously no solution occurred, because then the lady of the municipality told me that she was told that they are not "ready" for this service !!!!!: I always called today in via Tadino and the operator who closed the phone told me that the application for the rei card must be presented in via Tadino ... !!!? But can you ?? ?

If you have to resign, go to the North-West Territorial Labor Inspectorate which will do them quickly and without spending the 60 enrollment fees. The inspectorate's office is nearby.

I have always found in this CISL office a very fast and professional personal service. The wait has always been short and I have always been received by a very professional staff who, in a short time, completed all the paperwork I needed. Definitely the best CAF in the city of Milan. Very trained to professional. The only flaw is the telephone booking service, which does not always respond. Five stars more than you deserve!

Very good and always available, in my opinion one of the best in Milan .. Especially Mrs. 0rnella at the front desk on the second floor and very good, and she is always available thank you so much she has always helped me and she is a smart lady!

My CISL card is valid until May this year and today they are refused to make me a CUD model telling me that I have to renew it.
