When you phone and you are exposing something they don't know (like this morning) they slam the phone in your face.
Personally I was on Friday to pick up isee and I kindly asked for information on the rei card which tells me the municipality of Milan to be the responsibility of the Caf headquarters. "The answer?" When you have some information about who withdraws the forms, come and tell us ".... I called the Municipality and a very kind lady in a loud voice with the lady of the caf in via tadino told her that it should not be answered like this because it is their task is to collect and give information about it .... and from there an endless discussion and obviously no solution occurred, because then the lady of the municipality told me that she was told that they are not "ready" for this service !!!!!: I always called today in via Tadino and the operator who closed the phone told me that the application for the rei card must be presented in via Tadino ... !!!? But can you ?? ?
