The new addition is very nice & roomy n bright... The pool is always kept up on its just a really nice place to stay with a variety of foods!

Food was good, waiters are a little overworked and service suffers some. Overall good place to eat.

I love the food at the restaurants, the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and very clean. Only bad part is their circulation on the casino floor could use some improvements, I don't enjoy smelling like smoke. Otherwise, I love it!

Over priced for what is available right now. It was like a motel 6, nothing fancy.

The room was great. Very clean and king bed. The food from the Buffet was not great. Only had one meat as in beef. The rest was fish. Not very big buffet. The continental breakfast was on the short side also butt you pay more you can meat with it

Panasia and pizzanini are wonderful food places, I can't account for Red River and steakhouse since I've yet to go to those. Service may take a little while but it is quite worth it.

They do their very best to enforce the COVID-19 rules. Fun atmosphere, Especially on the weekends

Work hosted a banquet here and I dug it. The venue was great, it's fun being able to wind down with some casino time, and the food and drinks were to die for.

Its a casino.. They will take your money. But in a friendly fun way. Good happy hour prices and a clean environment. Could use a better ventilation system to neutralize the smoke. Over all probably the best casino close to the border for us Canadians.

Extremely smoky. ....it had been a while and I had forgotten how bad it stinks in there...loved watching the Seahawks though it took walking out to get a drink which took about a half hour each time. I'm thinking there has to be better places to watch the game.

When we were trying to go to the hotel they made us walk around with our luggage they're the casino we got there six minutes before opening time about time we walked around they're already letting people in the front door the first impression wasn't very goodand it seemed like after 6:00 or 7:00 the roulette table specifically went from minimum of $5 bet to $10 bet the other thing I did not like is that they didn't have any refreshments like other casinos have for an example soda water and hardly anybody walk around offering drinks so when we try to make reservations at the steakhouse they didn't have our reservation for 5:00 p.m. but the receptionist was very kind and she was able to give us a table which we were very thankful for as it pertains to dinner at the steakhouse I would at least give it four to five stars your customer service was great and the food was amazing

I had a great first experience here. The only reason why I visited this Silver reef casino was because my brother had a itch to press his luck and lucky me I was the driver. I immediatly went to visit there customer service desk to get registered as a guest and get my players card which provided a $5 game play $5 table play that dealer would match and a $5 food voucher and a chance at the daily entry for the jackpot prize. firat machine down to my last $2 and i hit the minor jackpot walking home with $380 in my pocket free lunch and a great time. The attendents are amazing I hope i got this right but Edith was super, she checked in on me when I won thinking I hit the big jackpot talked with me about other ammenities they had in the hotel and what good food they had available. Tiod me to press my luck on the $5 machines but i told her i was to chicken and rather walk home a winner today instead. Chris at tje blackjack table is awsome i sat there with my brother learning how to play and decided to jump in for a few games. He was super patient and very knowladgeable with the game not to mention both Chris and Edith remembered us when we came back a few days later. The staff here is amazing and I have to say that with every experience i had in Vegas i never wanted to step foot in a casino again but Silver reef changed my perspective and we will be coming back more often the I thought we would.

You can literally never win at their casino. I keep trying and trying to give them a chance but I lose every time...perhaps I have an addiction problem but besides the point you just never win there. I am literally never up money

Buffet fills up very fast. There was a 2 hour wait to be seated so we left.

Got there at 5:10. After waiting in line for twenty minutes was told it was a hour and a half wait. For whatever reason they were not using the over flow tables that they have. Been there before and had to wait a little bit but not like that. Just disappointing that they weren't using all the tables but maybe they were short handed. I wish more places would adopt the way the Skagit has, by seating you and having the server bring the bill saves a lot of time and you know right away if there's a wait time.

The silver reef is always at home atmosphere I just live the food abd the cream puffs to die for.

Rooms were clean and we'll set up. Casino was surprisingly clear of cigarette smoke. Well maintained and friendly staff

Great deal for new members and $5usd incentive for slot machine. If you are lucky you take home more than $5.

Place is garbage, slots literally never hit. I barely left with my shorts on...

Had our Birthday Buffets.
Friday night crab feast, everything was fresh, hot and good. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Also won $1500, Yahoo!!!

For a last minute dinner, we decided to give The Steak House a try as I'd heard several recommendations that it was the best steak in town. The service and atmosphere was fantastic. However, we were a little disappointed with the filets. They were aged 60 days, according to the server, and while the flavor was great, I had expected them to be a little more tender. All in all, I'd definitely return to this restaurant

Loved the table games, the chicken wasn't cooked fully though.

Nice place very clean and the staff are nice as well. It is a fair size casino ,didn't stay overnight have to work the next day. All in all we had a good time

Four AND THREE QUARTERS STARS..not 5. But SILVER REEF is very close to PERFECTION. Great people working there. Just a wee few things could be improved! They have gotten A LOT BETTER over the years with PERKS. Way better but still far behind other casinos with the contests. Extremely tight with the contests and winners are never paid REAL CASH! However, friendliness and great food venues EXCEED any casino within 100 miles.

Most of their staff is super friendly except a lady whose name starts with Mi and works at the Club Rewards. Every time my friend and I need help she is SUPER RUDE and talks down to us. We always feel bad. Her co-workers at Club are all incredibly nice. Everyone is super nice in the Barista and Hotel and Security. The waitresses are great too. Bartenders could smile and the dealers a little once in awhile. I never see any smiles from any of them. In the hotel even the housekeepers smile and every Manager or food server in the Casinovsmiles. I would rate the people a 20 outta 10 except Mi.

The Security guards are super nice to open doors. Valet Parking is nice and they are very helpful and friendly. Managers are all great too and give good comps and Friendly. The casino has extremely helpful Casino Hosts too.

The people working in all the food areas deserve a 10 rating. Buffet is wonderful. Panasia cashiers n servers are great. The Barista people are my favorite because they remember what we like and how we like it so they make my friend and I feel special. Pizzanini is the best Pizza ever and the cooks work their hineys off. The restaurants are all superb.

Christmas dinner and New Years Dinners were absolutely WONDERFUL! Great parties!Christmas they gave us great gifts too but FORGOT OUR GUESTS. Even a Christmas ornament would have been SPECIAL. Guests at our table were NOT HAPPY because they came to spend A lot that night. Not good for our guests but at least they got a nice dinner.

New Years Dinner the casino went ALL OUT. The band was free to everyone. Great Idea to invite all.. Great food for the Private Party. Great decor. Great ideas like a photo booth and chocolate fountains. Disco balls and New Years Paraphernalia was wonderful and such Great fun!
All in all I love it here. EXCELLENT FUN PLACE to go.

I recommend...more rewards for guests and more calls for Silver Dollars like winning $100 every 15 mins..instead of one winner of $100 to $800 or more per hour. More happy customers is better for business. . Less unhappy losers.

Many Kudos to whoever does HIRING. But get Bartenders and dealers to SMILE more and give more rewards in the Monday games. That would make this place PERFECT. Silver Reef is very close to PERFECTION more than most casinos..It is definitely the FRIENDLIEST CASINO I have ever seen and has by far the BEST FOOD.

Silver "Thief" Casino is what my enterouge calls it, this place literally is the most rigged and non- winning casino I've frequented.... Sucks bcuz I'm an avid gambler and this is the nearest casino for Bellingham from border to Seattle....

Every time I order food from pizzanini I get a pizza, I order a build your own and I put pepperoni or any other main meat and any other toppings I add they only put in the center of the pizza nothing around or closer to the crust!!!! there like 2 inches from crust!! . it s so annoying and I told him about it before I ordered this time and they still do nothing, cannot stand it do not order from them they don t care your Satisfaction!!!

Love this place every chance I get for Friday night seafood buffet I am there, even have parking for my Big Rig

I see no one winning anything and that's the way it's been the last two times that I have went there in 2020. It Seems like the machines are set Tight giving very little back to the players. I dont plan on going there for awhile.

Friendly service for eating/gambling and a great place to stay.

Not thrilled about this casino my family and friends used to enjoy it seems to have gone downhill in the last year-and-a-half just not the same doesn't pay out what it should customer service is not that great in some of the areas some of the staff are either rude or not helpful in anyway wouldn't recommend it at this time hopefully things will change in the near future I would recommend the Tulalip Casino it's fabulous

A pain to find and drive to out in the boonies. It is a lovely place with a great sports bar. Payoffs not so hot on weekends, but good on weekdays. Staff is super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is as nice as it gets with just enough energy, but not too crazy.

Nice to be out and about. They are making an excellent effort at social distancing. Can't wait for them to be back to 100%
