Sign up for the casino card to get free birthday meal on your birthday month!

Saturday night is prime rib night!!

Decent selection in slots, kinda tight, not spacious at all.
A lot of people smoking inside, just a heads up.

for Canadian travelers, their dollar exchange here is normally quite good. Better than the banks in Canada anyways.

We went out to eat at the buffet for the Asian Buffet night. The service was great, but unfortunately there wasn't a very big vegetarian selection. It would've been nice to have tofu as an option at the build your own stir fry booth, or some fresher mushrooms. Also, I grabbed two different plates stacked up by the buffet that weren't the cleanest and had to go set those aside. At the casino we tried playing roulette for the first time. The dealer was very patient with us not knowing all the rules and explained things as we played.

***Second Update*** No longer should this place be allowed to advertise "discount tobacco". Considering they just raised their prices and now, it's cheaper to buy tobacco ANYWHERE else. AmSpirits are now $11.10!!! They are $10.50 after tax at walgreens! LOL!!

**update** Casino responded with some generic "we are regulated by federal, state and tribal government and hope you have better luck next time...". What they didn't acknowledge is the fact those governing bodies establish a *minimum* return of 70% of the revenue casinos take in. But MANY casinos CHOOSE to pay out a much higher percentage (closer to 90%!). Those casinos still makes a TON of money even paying out at a much higher percentage. But even more important, the patrons are happier and those casinos stay busy.
Therefore, my review stands. As it is up to the casino, how high over the government required 70% they CHOOSE to pay out. Also, a good casino will happily answer if you ask their average payout percentage. The Silver Reef won't answer that question with anything other than "we are heavily regulated".

I understand it's called gambling for a reason but I have never had a casino take my money so fast, every single visit. Most casinos seem to at least keep you playing awhile by giving back part of your bet regularly even if they don't end up paying out. Not this place. Just take, take, take and GONE!! It's extremely rare to hear happy gamblers in this place. It's hard to have a good time. Just go somewhere else. It's worth the drive to any other casino of you want to enjoy yourself and not be broke in ten minutes.

I would complain about the customer service, but it's incredibly clear to me that the real problem is the treatment of their employees. I find it appalling that a place bringing in such high profits only pays it's workers 7.25 per hour. It's absolutely unreasonable to expect the kind of service and hospitality a casino should offer when you devalue employees like that. Then on top of the low wages, employees have to pay hundreds of dollars for their own tribal gaming license just to be employed here? I just can't respect a business that is so greedy and so cheap that they will pay nearly $5/HR under the local minimum wage. It definitely shows, and it does not look good.

It's a horrible place and they do not do their jobs correctly and they also have a power trip complex !!!! Security is a joke and need to learn their facts before they think they know everything, for example allowing an individual into thier casino one day and then not the next day is obviously abuse of power in which case is wrong and needs to be addressed!!! I do t recommend this casino to anyone that wants to enjoy themselves!!!!

GREAT FUN AND THE CLOSEST THING TO A VEGAS STEAK THAT I HAVE FOUND AND PERFECTLY RARE FROM END-TO-END this steakhouse to me could rival anyone the atmosphere is a diamond in the rough even though it's out in the middle of nowhere minutes to shopping and minutes to the beach and minutes to the golf course I recommend this as a perfect PLACE TO GET AWAY SO I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE SILVER REEF CASINO EXIT 260 I-5 NORTH

The hotel and restaurants were exceptional. I do have to make note of their machines in the casino, however. I believe they have close to a thousand slot machines with only 4 of them video poker. I can't understand why they would only have 4 video poker machines. Don't waste your time gambling here. Go to anywhere in Nevada first. Nevada caters to gamblers where this place does not.

I was here to have dinner at the Steak House and while I'm a big fan of good food I'm not the right person for reviewing casinos so I'm going to stick to the restaurant in this review.
Pros: Steak. The meat was delicious and an accurate medium rare. You can smother your steak in any number of buttery toppings (peppercorn demi glaze or bacon mushrooms for example) but you really don't need to, it's good as is. You also can't go wrong with any variety of potatoes or veggies (which you can smother in hollandaise if you haven't consumed enough butter yet). The Cesar salad is made table side, yay for dinner entertainment, and it's also delicious.
Cons: After saying how delicious and buttery everything is you may be surprised to see a 'cons' section. Here is the deal, this is the Pacific Northwest, we do seafood here, we love and respect seafood here, we understand seasonal seafood menus. If the same seafood offerings are always on the menu you can be pretty certain they have been frozen for a while. In this case that was true. The crab on the seafood tower wasn't fully thawed, the lobster tails were tough, the shrimp was the same as you would get in any grocery store platter. The Oysters Rockefeller were great, but again smother it in garlic and creamy spinach then cook it and it's hard for it not to taste good, honestly you could have served me the creamy mixture in a shell and I would have just taken your word for it that there was an actual oyster in there.
Will I go back, Yes. Will I order seafood, No. Stick to the steak and potatoes, talk to their sommelier about a wine pairing and you will have yourself a lovey and very filling dinner.

Tried the Saturday buffet for the first time. It was the prime rib and peel-and-eat shrimp night. Food was fresh and surprisingly flavorful, especially the clam chowder and beef strogenoff. Shrimps were on the small size but the prime rib was tender and not overcooked. The desert selection could have been better. Overall it was worth the visit.

I'm a 30 year old Hispanic woman who was simply minding her own business looking at the selection of machines when security, Bryce, approached me and demands to see my i.d. My response was,"I don't have it on me..." and he immediately interrupts me and impolitely demands for me to leave. I continued by informing him that I don't have it on me because I have my husband holding it for me in his wallet. My husband was just a few steps away from me choosing a machine to play on. Bryce continues to demand for me to leave while I'm working on getting my husband's attention to hand me my i.d. by then I'm feeling humiliated and upset on how Bryce has carried himself towards me so I tell Bryce there is no need to speak to me with that tone of voice. My husband then hands me my i.d and I was about to hand it over to Bryce but decided to leave because of how upset this situation had made me feel. I continued to contact the Casino to file a complaint and after explaining the situation to customer service they transferred me to the head of security, Thomas Grant, who simply laughed off the occurrence. No one demonstrated any sense of rumors, sympathy, or apology for the uncomfortable experience at this casino. Very disappointed with the service here.

Seems like you can never win anything at this casino anymore. It used to be that my mom and I would go and always won something. When you walk around seems like everyone else has the same complaint.
Think that with the expansion the good times are now gone.

The moment we arrived the power went out. The staff handled themselves very professionally. Side note, the casino is 90 percent operational when the power goes out but if you want a beer get one quick soda's and beer on on powered taps and no airconditioning either. Shot's and Slots for the time the power was out. Great rewards program. Very nice rooms, affordable cost.

The staff at this casino are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. From the blackjack dealer who hit me when everyone clearly saw me motion to stay and wouldn't give me my bet back to the security staff who act like secret service agents. Sitting at a slot machine can sometimes be entertaining, but not when you look to your right and there is a security guy peaking around a corner staring at you! Bunch of creeps! You're a security guard at a 1-star casino, not a detective.

Very nice resort casino. They do a good job with the masks and social distancing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Being your own pillow, because theirs are not very good. Very pleasantly surprised at their steakhouse. I think it would compare favorably against Seattle's best.
