Fun place and good lunch.. excellent server.. the social distancing protocol and the staff wiping and cleaning to insure low spread of cv19 was excellent .. and the staff was very friendly and helpful

RV Friendly, good air control in what is primarily a smoking casino. Non smoking area is very small. Encountered friendly staff and enjoyed a good Silver Reef Burger. Overall, a positive experience.
Great hotel and casino with lots of parking. Food is pretty good and the Monday buffet seems to be real popular. Big players get comped rooms too.
Snack bar is great. A little too smoky, even in the non smoking section. Overall we had a good time. Very friendly staff.

I live here in bellingham and this casino if we can call it that condones prostitution, drug dealers, drug addicts, and panhandlers that roam the casino trying to get money or have you pay for sex. The security supervisor Mike graveyard shift explains I shouldn't complain so much or be nice to people and I would not have people trying to rob me, sell me drugs, sex, or steal from me. I was told I am the reason the criminals behave the way they do because I tempt them he he thinks I should just be quiet and take it. I plan to contact the newspapers and anyone else who will listen this place is being ran as a criminal enterprise with the security managers I think receiving a kickback. I ask all who go to this whorehouse to be careful and watch out for the elderly because the criminals prey on them. A blonde name kelly and a black female name coffee roam this place looking for people to offer sex, drugs, or have robbed by the men who follow them around watching them.

Really tight machines. Super Smoky everywhere. The food is excellent even at the deli place. Pizza is perfect too.

Was visiting a friend. Was going to leave, but I was unable to get a ride. Staff wouldn't let me back up to my friends room!
The rooms aren't that nice for the big price you pay, and there were only 2 coffee packets in a double queen. The coffee maker wasn't a Keurig type nor a regular drip maker so bringing our own didn't work. There were cream packets, not real cream. Cheap. I realize they want you in the casino but comfort is key. The ice maker was broken on our floor. The carpet was not vacuumed. There was a broken picture on the wall. They don't take discounts through AARP or any other.
The casino was amazing, huge and the staff were very nice. Lots of choices for food. The buffet was ok. Had a good time despite the over priced accommodations.

Always get gas and something to drink for the trip home. Friendless staff and gas is usually cheaper.
Fridays and Saturday buffets are the best. Sign up for their points card and get 5$ to play, $5 for food and free buffet during your birthday month.

Remodeled rooms, very comfy beds, clean and good customer service. Many food options.
Their club member benefits are horrible now. Not worth going to. when you gain points they want you to use them in 7 days but Skagit casino down the road has a more lucrative point system that is valid for 90 days. This means if you spend you'll be able to use points for future gaming. Canadians and Washingtonians will benefit more at SKAGIT CASINO. Only 20 minutes south on I5 from Silver reef. Come meet me there and play your heart away.
The hotel is clean and overall very nice. Food at the buffet isn't bad but could use some improvement. Casino ventilation is probably the worse thing about the entire resort. Thus I suggest going to a Canadian casino if you don't smoke.

I am 24 years old and they keept asking for my id inside way to many times like about 6 times. The food is also expensive and almost the same menu.
Casinos are not a vibe. I am just not a fan of the smoke filled environment. It gives me a headache and i just don't enjoy the fabricated environment. My family was meeting at the buffet for a gathering and it just wasnt pleasant
People with gambling problems keep going back. If the casino didn't exist, people wouldn't have a place to spend their money they need to get by in life.
Way too smoking. After about an hour I started getting a sore/dry throat.
Went for a company Christmas party. Catering and drink service was good and the games were fun after. I did not stay overnight but many of my co workers did. They seemed pleased with the accommodations.
Really friendly staff. Good exchange rate on my Canadian $$$, making it so it took longer for me to lose my entire stash! LOL. Seriously though, there's no need to drive to Skagit County with the Silver Reef here, just 20 miles from the border. We'll be back!!

The machines where the worst I've ever seen we use to drive 5 hours to come up here to stay. The rooms where always nice we stay in the suites there but the slot machines are so tight that it's not fun anymore. We went to the buffet and had over an hour wait even though the seating was half used could not get prime rid as it was spaghetti night only. Went to the cafe was seated served a salad then was told it was cash only because there computer was down. Had to pay 14 dollar fee to get cash out at the cashier<br/>All we heard in the restaurant was how bad the slot machines where. To the point nice rooms to stay the night if your coming to gamble for get it it's a RIP off.<br/>Now they can rebut and tell me its luck as if we dont know what is luck and what is just ripping of the public.
We ate at the red river cafe. It's a great restaurant with good food and decent prices and service. I could do without the smoking nearby, but it's a casino so it's to be expected. Defiantly a place I'd go back to for food.
Lots of slots but not many tables unfortunately. Buffet was amazing. Prime rib was top notch and all you can eat shrimp with clairified butter!

I can't give 5 stars because of the smoke level. As a non-smoker, the stench is pretty overwhelming. I need a shower as soon as I get home, and clothes go straight into the washer. Soooo, I won't be back....
We have always enjoyed the Reef, win or lose. We love the food. However Saturday night I went out for a few hours and yes I made the mistake of not making sure my phone was charged, I ended up staying later having fun playing the slots when I realized my phone had died, I had a couple beers so I wanted to call my wife to pick me up, I had two security officers and the hotel lobby lady tell me they had no phones to call out, REALLY???? How do they do business or call an employee to cover a shift? Basically he said Im sorry its 3 in the morning but we have no way of calling out. Great so I need to walk 5 miles on Slater road at 3 in the morning? I just cant believe they couldnt make a phone call for me. Just think that was pretty low class Reef

It's a large casino for a local one. Has a hotel that is well appointed, spa and several places to eat. If you like to gamble, of there is plenty of that available.

Always great slot pay outs. I can't get enough of the place honestly.. I really wish I could stay in one of their nice rooms in the hotel. I have never saved enough money while visiting to get into a room. It always seems that something comes up and prevents my stay. Maybe a comp room? Ill review it for ya reefsters! Booked a table 3 weeks ago, they booked it on the wrong day and made us wait 30 minutes. That s fine, things happen, but then when we sat down after paying they had the audacity to say we didn t pay and argue with us about it.
All the staff was super rude, food was mediocre.
