I have been working in this company for 8 years, what 'LI' represents, in addition to the professionalism and punctuality of salaries, is COMMUNICATION. Whenever I found myself confronting Silicondev, both for work and personal needs, I ALWAYS found competence, availability and humanity. Sharing my work (at the customer) with the Human Resources guys and with the Sales team, has created a solid network of communication and collaboration, all with a common goal, to grow together and get to the end of the various engagement projects .
