One thing i want to share... i was here 10 years ago...worth it or not if you are staying here more than 15 years service and your salary still at the below average... Don't say that company don't have profit at all... System is there.. and they are the only one work with system.. come on guys... Next year is 2020
Idk what is wrong with this company. The discrimination between the superiors and subordinates are just insane. The superiors got high paid monthly while the subordinates got lower paid or to be exact underpaid. Currently, the workers at this company has 40 workers infected with covid19. And yesterday they gave a memo and stated that the company will be close temporary for couple of weeks, and today (suddenly) the management said, all the workers need to do their job and come to the company as usual. Isnt it selfish? Selfish capitalists and the superiors? The managements themselves didnt even care about their subordinates, all yall care is money and wealthy. Just yall wait, i will report this to the right place.
I was a trainee here during this spring. The supervisors and workers here all are very friendly and showed tolerance even to foreign workers. It is a company which offer one-stop manufacturing where it covered the processes from initial sketch to final product. Besides, it also involved in manufacturing other international branding products.
The factory comes from Thong Fook Plastic then Balda Thong Fook and Balda then Salutica. While Mr.Liew has many benefits in terms of salaries and bonuses, After switching management, many complaints have been received, involving management on social sites .. Foreign workers' behavior leading to social problems.
