Went to Bella Italiano.. food was delicious, but need more options..

I was checking price on booking.com, and I dint book. Since my card was added in my account even without checking they have deducted the money. Even silent shore resort peopled didn't bother to call us weather we are checking or not. Later morning I got a message that money has been deducted. I don't know how they can deduct without getting otp.
Later they were so stubbon even to response both from booking.com and silestone shore resort and spa.
Please dont book on booking.com and especially this resort.
I have called multiple times from yesterday, they keep my call on hold.
There are better apps and resorts in and around mysore. This is the least one I refer.

This is one of the best Resorts I have been to in recent times and probably the best one in the entire Mysore district. The resort is spread over a large area however there is a electric Buggy to take you around hence it is friendly for the elderly and physically disabled. The kids play area is well furnished with lot of play items and the swimming pool is large including a toddlers pool. There is voting facility for the kids and an indoor play area as well. The rooms or modern with excellent facilities and the wash rooms are Top class with Ultra modern fittings. The complimentary breakfast is a very high standards with a wide range of options including juices. The location is not far away from the city hence easily accessible to all the major tourist attractions of Mysore. There are in house restaurants serving white cuisines..

The place is not well maintained. Bathrooms were not clean, there was a bad smell.

If u are with your GF or spouse and u are looking for a weekend gate way, this would to the best and safest place, couple friendly, but u need to get your ID(mandatory). Food is not that great, but the rates are high. U get a complementary buffet break fast, which will be on average taste. U don like it if u are a foodie. Cleanliness is good, u can trust them.. rates varies from different platform, u need to check for the cheeper ones. I took it for 6000 per night for 2adults.

Had been there with my family last week and the experience was very good...the staff was very helpful and courteous!!
The breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed and spent a lot of time in their entertainment area!!
Will surely go back again!!

I liked the facility. But did not like the behavior of staff. Food quality is OK. They have a very large swimming pool which can easily accommodate 100 + people. I did not like the indoor facility they have only 1 pool and table tennis table. There is no big ground to play cricket, badminton or volley ball. There is ample space for parking of vehicle. I guess they have roughly 70 rooms.

A bit far from MYSORE town but a good property to spend quality time with family

Best Resort in Mysore, friendly staff and good ambience too

Food at Ambrosia is good. Have only tried veg buffet on offer. Good amount of varieties from starters, main course to desserts

An amazing place in the beautiful city of Mysore. Spread over 28 acres of greenery, this is a perfect resort to have a stay. Great food, great staff and perfect location.

Located within the suburbs of Mysore. Not really the place if you're looking for a retreat from the city. Has a lot of structures located close to each other which doesn't make you feel like you're somewhere else taking a break. Staff are polite and helpful. Food options are decent, could've been better. A good place to arrange a wedding or something maybe but not to take a break from your urban life.

We came for one day activity here. Even though the place is good, It's the worst service I have ever gone through in my life. After paying a hefty amount as package every single thing after that is charged, and they don't even provide you battery cars to go around even if they have three of them. Please avoid this place of u want to organize a corporate event or get togethers. Please with high BP it's a place to sincerely opt out off because they test your patience on a different level. Worst behavior from staffs. There are many other good places around please don't spoil your mood by coming here. Im giving one star because there is no option of giving zero.

The place was very nice,well maintained, we were there for couple of times for lunch and dinner,the food was great ,with the past good experience, We went to book party hall ,we met with the manager Kushallappa ,he has no patience to listen to us,he is very very attitude ,he doesn't have any standards to discuss about the business ,he doesn't have basic qualities of manager,so we came back without bookings the party hall.

Expensive food taste is good but be careful at the time of billing check and confirm if they are not adding service tax

Facilities and view were nice inside hotel.
But I had vert bad experience, I went to washroom near by 1am and saw small snake immediately I closed door then again to confirm I again open the door of wash room and saw it again. So after closing door i called security and told the incident but after 45 minutes those guys came with some sticks.

I didn't allow them to capture snake from stick and told to bring proper tool and wear safety kit. Again they took 15 minutes after they went inside the washroom and checked.
But nothing was inside and they were saying it is not possible.

What is this the staff guy who was telling me it is normal of having snake lake vicinity room's now he is saying it can't possible.

Sometime there might be loophole in your management but u should have courage to accept it instead of denying it.

A very good resort near Mysore city. A beautiful silent place to spend quality time with family. Breakfast is complimentary. Cottages are clean and cosy.

Very big resort and a very well maintained. The ambiance is too good and food served Is better.

Lovely place to relax... Our family is visiting for the second time especially because of the service. Earnest smiles and helpful staff :) special mention- Subramani, Sanjay, Saurabh and Muskaan from the restaurant, Chandru from Room service and Manjunath who drives the buggy

Overall very nice expirience, aesthetically decorated resort, food above average.

Resort is good, but away from the city, if one is planning do sight seeing of Mysore then go for other hotels in the city, staff are friendly and helpful, priced bit on higher side, buffet lunch and dinner not worth the price, breakfast can be better, starters can be better. Ala carte menu is good at the restaurant. Swimming pool is too good.
