I was checking price on booking.com, and I dint book. Since my card was added in my account even without checking they have deducted the money. Even silent shore resort peopled didn't bother to call us weather we are checking or not. Later morning I got a message that money has been deducted. I don't know how they can deduct without getting otp.
Later they were so stubbon even to response both from booking.com and silestone shore resort and spa.
Please dont book on booking.com and especially this resort.
I have called multiple times from yesterday, they keep my call on hold.
There are better apps and resorts in and around mysore. This is the least one I refer.
