But I had vert bad experience, I went to washroom near by 1am and saw small snake immediately I closed door then again to confirm I again open the door of wash room and saw it again. So after closing door i called security and told the incident but after 45 minutes those guys came with some sticks.

I didn't allow them to capture snake from stick and told to bring proper tool and wear safety kit. Again they took 15 minutes after they went inside the washroom and checked.
But nothing was inside and they were saying it is not possible.

What is this the staff guy who was telling me it is normal of having snake lake vicinity room's now he is saying it can't possible.

Sometime there might be loophole in your management but u should have courage to accept it instead of denying it.
