So, id like to start off with saying yes the negative reviews you read here are true, but I'm not quite sure looking at it in such a negative way is beneficial. This is a non hourly door to door sales position (their marketing/sales associate position). So if you don't have bills and are not living on your own, this job, or jobs like these could be very beneficial. These jobs in general aren't very respected in the industry as they tend to be labor abusive and are beneficial to people who use negative personality traits. I recorded my interviews as well as my findings on the company which ill be making a video about as their advertisements seem to target less knowledgeable people. It seems their employees like to reply to these reviews so by all mean if you are Signature Inc staff please reach out and I'd love to discuss my findings with you, but only in a setting in which I am allowed to publish our discussion.
So they'll tell you you'll make about 30-50% more income per week than most generally do, as well as they have a very quick turn-overrate. We call places like these revolving door employers. Now if your ok with being manipulative and taking advantage of the pyramid scheme (which is a scheme but when done honestly is morally ok, just teach the people you hire what is actually going on). You can rise if you stick it out and are ok knowing the people you take advantage of are those underneath you, not the clients usually. I know the ins and out of their pay system as well, and will be included in my video.
So for any person trying to make a living, this may be your sign to turn away as there is no financial security whatsoever, nor benefits (with exception of promotion and gain in company role/status). I only recommend jobs like this for young individuals trying to gain sales experience.
As you can tell, I personally do not like seeing companies use these dishonest and manipulative hiring tactics. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing their response to this or attempt to remove this. Don't worry this will be documented well. Thanks for your time.
