Unfortunately, I was not given the same service as I was given in the past.. I'm not writing a post because I'm being dramatic all this information is true.

I was lied to and held to believe I was picking up a car today... Which I was flying 1100 miles for then, to drive back to my home town - 17hrs away. However, my paperwork was not submitted (2 weeks in the process) and the car was never placed aside for me and the deal was not completed. The fact is, I did my background research and found the dealership had my paperwork but never finished the rest and had no idea of my co-signer... no paper work, no contract and no idea I was flying in. I am very upset with being lied to. I was told the dealership had closed due to COVID and that's why my paperwork was not submitted but I called and they were open. GOD doesn't like ugly.
