I could not have asked for an easier or better experience with leasing my new car. I came to the office and told Vlad what I wanted. By days' end he searched his entire inventory, found me the car, gave me a great price without the hassle of bargaining. All that was left was to wait for delivery - Vlad kept me updated on the progress each step of the way, receiving text messages, emails, and phone calls. He was always available when I needed to reach him and ask any questions. When it came time to pick up the car, all I did was sign my name, take my keys and leave.

I spent less than 10 minutes in the office and no time negotiating, but received 100% personal service from the moment I walked into the office until I drove away, the exact car I wanted, and absolutely no hassle.
