They need to work on the exits after the shows, the exits from the the mall premises are terrible and unsafe

Numbers of food counters are available from street food to international continental cuisine. Food quite expensive! Half liter water bottle cost rupees 60/-. You will get your favorite coffee here very easily and also Chaat!
Cinema shows timing as they mentioned on the tickets they didn't start on exact time; late screened by 30 minutes.

When you ask for a extra empty cup of coffee to double insulate the heat from the coffee they serve you, they charge the exact same price what you pay for a full cup. 200 for an empty cup! Ridiculous.

Watched the iconic film PM Narendra Modi here recently. They have refurbished the place and the morning show tickets were rather pocket friendly.

It's clean, stylish and and the seats are comfortable.

Its the worst theatre to go to i went there yesterday to watch Deadpool 2 the show was supposed to start at 11:55pm the show started at 12:22pm after that everything was going fine. After the interval the movie characters didn't had any voice when they were speaking very bad experience with the theatre.

Not at all comfortable. Went to watch Pirates of the Caribbean, not at all a good experience. Seats were not comfortable. 3D glasses were not good.

Both my mastercard credit card and debit card were denied at the snack counter.

This is one of the best theatres I have ever visited. Hygiene in maintained through regular clean ups after every show. Cold-drinks, popcorn, chaat and many other snacks are available but the prices are high. Washrooms are hygienic than the most theaters. Proper checking is done at entry. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Great theatre for sound and picture quality. Good food options. Seats could be cleaner but not bad at all.

Don't worry if you get late for the show, they start it late anyway

They have been considerate after the recent court hearings and bought down their ridiculously high food prices to a slightly bearable level ~ the seating and sound in the cinema premises is good

Had gone there to watch 102 Not Out. Although the show was scheduled to start at 1 pm, it started almost 20-25 minutes late as the cleaning people took time to clean up. It has a lounge which us let out for parties

PVR Citi Mall i visit very often. Good and very sophicated interiors . Washroom is also very neat and tidy. Good service.

EXPENSIVE - the only word I could get to describe this place. Though PVR is suppose to be expensive. Food is really really expensive though worth the experience with your loved one, if u have one!!
