This PVR is one of the best multiple screen cinema. Nice seats and clean ambiance.

I like City Mall just for this theatre. Good sound especially if you're going for a movie with the Dolby Atmos format. The place is clean, tidy and doesn't seem to be stuffy. Have been here at least three time and have had a good experience with the blockbusters.

Very well maintained. Good sound,comfortable seats,and maintained cleanliness in cinema halls. Only drawback is movie starts 15 to 20 minutes later than scheduled show time.

It's your typical PVR cinema experience, costly of course but it's worth it

One of the oldest multiplex of Mumbai. Crowd is good, location is good, however as the infrastructure is old, some seats have maintainence, spacing & comfort issues for a tall guy like me. Rest it is a great picture viewing experience here. One can spot many TV & Film personalities here.

Clean, hygenic place . But sometimes the seats smell real bad. They need to check the cleanliness of the seats .
Ac cooling works fine. Food they have a variety of healthy options too other than the regular theatre food. They serve salads, juices, Momos etc.

No non veg available. Service is slow and food quality is very bad. Specially at the counters where they prepare wraps or pizzas. They even serve something else instead of what is ordered without informing the customer and then dispute the difference.

PVR Insignia service quality and food is better.

Thought the mall is almost stranded kinds, PVR maintains its quality just that air conditioning might not be working at common places but the screens have all amenities and are comfortable.

Sound quality is really good. Seats and screen quality are decent.

It has become a ritual for PVR to start their movies at least 20 mins after it's scheduled start ... Intervals are of 20 mins .. so in total expect your movie to finish minimum 30 mins late than you think. PVR should seriously give a thought on this ... A 11pm movie will not finish anytime before 2.15am .. wow . One star for their punctuality.

One of my favorite cinema hall to watch movies. Cheap ticket prices, offers great bites at the conssionaire.

The theater's ambience is good but the movie never starts on time.. They usually play the movie half n hour late

Best place to watch movies with friends, family. Ambience is so rich.staff is very helpful... Keep maintain it....

Despite the overpriced popcorn and drinks, I still rate the movie-going experience here highly. We are doomed.

Its very nice to have good experience and location was very nice apart from high cost inside the theater.

Basically good place with a lot of idiots in the audience who talk loudly and switch oh their mobiles frequently. Serving food and drinks at any time during the movie IS A BIG TURN OFF. Stop this.

Big screen. But ambience inside theater is moderately good. I find ambience of Dynamix more better.

This was my first PVR experience. As Star wars: the last Jedi was so hyped up and I was so excited to watch this movie, so finally decided to give it a shot after the college. As the show was on 6.30pm I had enough time to visit here so I preferred to go by walking. It took approximately 40 minutes to reach PVR Andheri from Azad Nagar Metro Station.
I experienced the film in 3D and the cost for the show was 180 Rs. The theatre is lavish and staff is very helpful to guide you to the destination. My screen was on 2nd floor so lift or stairs we're available. I chose staircase to experience the beautiful posters of legendary actors and actresses across the staircase. Outside foods were not available and hence were to be keeped in a lock up and you can take them after the show is over. The movie was good but there were a lot of expectations which didn't meet as trailer of this movie was really awesome. Overall it was an amazing experience in PVR Andheri.

Good theatre but very costly eatables.
Poor parking costs 60 bucks

Cool environment. Luxurious feel too the the cinema experience. Affordable pricing, parking lot available. Good security, snacks not allowed but water bottles are so you don't have to buy an expensive water-bottle to hydrated yourself also good crowd.

Everything is good but the shows do not start in time, a 5:15 show will start on 5:30... Of no one raises voice they keep on showing advertisements

PVR Citi mall price is high. But the quality of service is good. Best for the price we pay.

Located in the centre of Andheri West Mumbai, a perfect place to watch movie with your friends and family. Reasonable rates and 3d to normal vision. It has aal except 4d and imax.
So if you are in Andheri experience the best cinema. You will love it and have fun. It has parking space also. So do visit.

Ridiculous mall ,i will never step in here and will never recommend anyone to come here , i would rather prefer to go to some high profile mall , just because the tangent staff have so attitude ,no welcoming , they take 50 rs for bike parking, disaster.

Find this specific PVR quite convenient as well as prefer the timings. They somehow dont allow you to even carry your tiffin if you're coming from office. Though I remember there was a rule of carry something to eat but here that's not the case. But overall it's well maintained like the other PVRs and I would recommend carrying cash because most of the times the machines dont work.

Paid for recliner seats but sad to say seats don't recline, poor technical maintenance. Need to improve
