Movie theatre is fine. Mall is not completely functional.

Air conditioning on point. Clean washrooms and ample drinking water available

Not one of my favourite cinema's. I prefer the Juhu outlet for it's better laid halls and much better sound.

Just love staying there. The environment is totally captivating.

Being a hardcore foodie it pains me immensely that my visit to pvr citi mall yesterday left me disturbed.

Ordered a sevpuri for the interval and was shocked to hear wat the staff asked me, "sir wat time is the interval".

The bhel puri arrived 5-10 mins before the interval so for a few seconds we lost the link of the movie as we had ordered sev puri.

In a flash the staff went out and came back with sev puri which doesnt mean that the service is excellent.

Imagine a 170rs + taxes sev puri being made in less than 2 mins.

The worst sev puri i must have ever tasted in my life.
Zero value for money.
Zero for presentation.
Zero for taste.

There is a simple equation for me.
Good food = good mood
Bad food = worst mood.

After the film when i gave the feed back to the staff they appologised and also added that the guy was making it for the first time.(atleast a better excuse wud have made me happy)
I always tot first impression was the best impression.

Next time i am going to fast during the movie at pvr so that i can relish the chaat at kailash parbat which is bang opposite to citi mall.

Less then mediocre food is one reason why movie-foodie buffs r pushing the goverment to pass a law to allow outside food inside thw cinema halls.

Was forced to give one star. Hope zomato comes up with half stars or no stars in their next update.

The mall was great.The screen was small. Food and beverage are quite costly

The mall looks actually ugly but the pvr section is classy ,sexy and luxurious. The movie which saw was Jojo rabbit and quite unconventional story like but gives the age old wisdom of moving on in very simpler way. Although made on the timeline of world war movie manages to keep humour and sympathy both alive through the entire course

Like to see movie in that theater , Coz we get to see STARS , sometimes...

Cramped up seats. But the dolby sound system is good. Auditoriums are nicely decorated.

This cinema is much more costly then other normal cinemas. Rather than wasting money over here try for another cinema. The reason behind such a high cost is it is located at posh area.

I have no idea how does a multiplex chain like PVR chain charge patrons like these and fail on a basic amenity lile air conditioning.
The air conditioning was non-existent. I was sweating throughout the whole movie.
If they can't offer something basic like this, they should stop their completely.

I have been regular visitor to this cinema theatre , PVR has always given us the best movie experience,The sound,the ambiance , food is good. Do try the chocolate popcorn they sell outside. Dont take caramel though. In terms of hall quality though I like fun cinemas more.

Have gone to this place just for Movie...!!! Descent place to hangout with friends...!!!

Why the hell they can just Increase the price by 10 times the normal??

Good place to shop but the mostly shop consists of real estate agents and few apparels and tours and travels. Apart from this this mall is awesome and Pvr cinema too for movies

Not comfortable Hall. They will have some thing or the other in repair all the time
