Nothing great. Could get cheaper and better. More hygienic.

Comfortable seats and viewing angles are good and sound is a bit harsh to your ears...

Conveniently located and there savoury items are good.

The seats here aren't as comfortable and spacious as in other PVRs, but decent enough. The waiting area and the lounge outside is pretty good. The snacks, however, are offered at outrageously expensive prices.

Good cinema, not a mall by any stretch of imagination

One of my favorite cinema's in Mumbai.
Always clean and service is not bad.
Seating is comfortable and screens and sound very good.
Food is not spectacular and can be better but as far as cinema food goes it's okay.

The crowd at theatre was pathetic. We went for night show on Saturday. There were all drunk people inside the theatre. The management shouldn't allow the entry to such people. It is nusiance. I would not suggest people to go PVR citimall.

Ok but air conditioning system not maintained. And temperature was very high.

With PVR, picture and sound quality is very good. We had booked recliner seats and we enjoyed it's experience. They were very comfortable. Location is also very good. Only thing is Snacks options are very expensive.

Good Theatre. Wash rooms very clean. Sign boards in order.

Nice place to watch movie and have nachos. Sound, seats and picture quality is nice. Also in the area it is situated, it is a pocket friendly .

Excellent ambiance. Just love to go to PVR cinemas. Very clean and spacious seats. The AC is right not too cold. Very good food. But has become very expensive, all prices have doubled. The lounge is also very good. Overall a very good experience

Seating arrangements could be better. Height between two rows is very less making it difficult to view incase someone tall sits in front of you.

Centre seats are good but the extreme sides are not good

Very good experience to visit the theatre. Neet and clean.Big screen coupled with comfortable seat many fold your pleasure to watch movie. You can go for dinning outside the theatre. Coffee house is there. Wash room is also very clean. Appearance is excellent.well managed. Parking may be a problem.
