Takes them 3 hours to unload 4 pallets. That s slow!

Had full truck load delivery more than 3 hours. Slow.

I went there to pick up 5 rolls of shrink wrap and I asked the shipper to shrink wrap the rolls to the skid, he yelled at me and told me they were wrapped. He must have only wrapped it once because when I got to my destination they were rolling all over the trailer! Terrible service today

Came to this company today for a live load appointment. After waiting for my appointment time to come up. An employee came out to the dock I was backed into and disconnected my service airline and placed a glad hand lock on the trailer. Didn't say anything to me at all. I had to pull my trailer brake release to stop the air loss.

Thought it was a bit rude that someone came and did this without saying a word

Very unprofessional...if you make it to your appointment 2 hours early it shouldn't take 2 hours to unload 1/3rd of a 53 foot trailer. I was then told that I had been skipped over because I was forgotten about. There should always, always be someone at the shipping and receiving desk to make sure orders come in and go out smoothly. ALWAYS!!! This was my second time coming up here and got the same result as the first time. Just terrible. Dropping the ball is not an option when it comes to a business like this. As a trucker your time is one of the most valuable tools that you have. When your time is late up sitting at a dock that means that it's messing with your money. I know that y'all wouldn't want anybody messing up your checks. Get it together!!!

Slow unloading. Shipper loaded in 1 hour but it took 3 hours for them to unload.
